Goldfish Swim School - Evanston

My children have been enrolled for nearly a year and their swimming abilities and confidence have grown immensely. Lessons used to bring tears, but those have changed into giant smiles. Thank you for instilling confidence in my children and always providing positive reinforcement - it has made all the difference!

The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. Always have a smile on their face. The showers, bathrooms, and changing area are always clean. The only problem I encountered was the two private showers had no running hot water on a Tuesday evening; I was warned by other parents who were trying to use it. I approached the front desk staff and I received this look from them that they knew and I wasn’t the only one complaining about it. One staff member notified me that it must be because it’s such a busy day that they figured it was that. Well, to begin with, why would management not put warning signs so parents don’t waste time and effort trying to manage the faucets to run hot water. Why not stick a sign at each private shower door. That would clear the cloud for communication. Secondly, Saturday’s are insanely busy and the lack of hot water hasn’t happened on a Saturday so to blame that it was a busy Tuesday doesn’t add up. Otherwise I’m happy about Goldfish. Please, have the hot water fixed for my kid’s next class. Thanks!

Our kids LOVE their swim lessons. The location is VERY family friendly, with a play area for littles and free wifi. You can view your child's lessons through a floor to ceiling glass wall. All of the instructors are super friendly and supportive. Their leveled groups are small and flexible. 7% discount for each kid you sign up (accumulative.) I currently have 3 kids in 2 different levels all at the same time slot, so I don't have to come more than once.They have ever type of lesson that you could need, small group, accelerated daily, one on one, infant, you name it.I highly recommend Goldfish Swim School.

Goldfish has been one of the most fun experiences we've enjoyed with our daughter Kat. We've been Goldfish members for over a year, our daughter is about to turn 4 and is an amazing, strong and safe swimmer thanks to Goldfish. The place is spotlessly clean, and so is the pool, always. Customer service is AMAZING, second only to their skilled, patient, safe and friendly swim teachers. And it's an incredible value, so reasonably priced. I would have paid double and still felt like it was more than worth it.

The staff overall at Goldfish is wonderful, accommodating and just makes it easy- from the instructors to the front desk staff, and management. Our kids aren't scared of being in the pool anymore. They've really taken to swimming. The instructors have a way with kids where they go the extra mile to make a connection with their students. Our experience has really been great!

We’ve been attending for half a year. Our toddler has improved so much!Staff members are friendly, welcoming, and they accommodate to your needs. Our favorite instructor is Mr. Mitri. Also, their pool is always nice, warm, and clean, and their prizes after lessons are a nice touch.We can’t recommend them enough!
