This review will be more than helpful, I guarantee. First and foremost, I found this company on Instagram when they were advertising their free 6 week challenge. I met with an employee, who I can tell is a recent hire with absolutely no degree or expert knowledge in nutrition or has any credential to give the type of examination he provided. They measured my weight, BMI and then sat me down and informed me that there is a $500+ down payment for the challenge and if I reach the goal of losing 25 pounds in 6 week, the money will return. Apparently, he calculated that I should lost 25 pounds based on my measurement when all I told him is that I wanted to lose roughly 20. (I later learn that this is the baseline because I overheard him give this same speech to another “victim” of the misleading Instagram post). They give you a google searchable meal plan that suggests the food you should be eating. You are then added to two Facebook group communities in which is poorly moderated and has no enthusiasm just individual posting their meals and no guidance or encouragement from the team. There are very limiting time schedules and you are expected to go to class 3x a week when their times are so terrible. I opted for the 3 month term because it was surprising less than the 6 week challenge and definitely low stakes. It was then when I realized that the true goal of the challenge is…to spark interest and then be given the bait and switch. The contract you sign states your payments and instructs you to email 30 days prior to when you want to cancel your subscription. I went home that night and schedule end my termination letter to ensure I did not miss that fine print as suggested by some of the other comments. 2 months passed, my email is sent to the email instructed and then my last month was completed. I paid my tuition in full and unfortunately the company has made FIVE attempts to withdraw $165 dollars from my account. I’ve tried calling and no answer (the phone number DOES NOT WORK), I haven’t been able to get up to the building because of their limiting hours, I even posted on social media via the Facebook page and directly to the owner. Huda Dogan (at least that’s her name on social media) is the owner and who came in every now and then to check the computer and converse with the staff after a session. They responded to my emails during my 3 months but after that they went ghost!!! There is no sense of community at this location, I could not wait to leave. I’m taking off a day of work just to get some answers. The staff that lead classes are great, Too bad the manager is completely unprofessional to clients. She went on vacation for two weeks and had no one take over manger roles, and when she called me finally she yelled at me over the phone and ended up hanging up on me when I asked for a refund. Corporate got back to me about issuing a refund. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to using their services! Wish I would have read reviews before I went though because this seems to be a common problem.

A great place to get away from stress. Burning almost 1000cal every single session. The staff is friendly and motivatating. Lessons are so fun with coach Abraham!Highly recommend this place.

Very unprofessional. The manager and the coach are extremely rude and irresponsible. They are very racist and I doubt the coach is even certified! This is a very toxic place for true athletes.

If you want to get scammed and treated horribly go ahead sign up here. The customer service was subpar, the manager made inappropriate racial comments and was extremely rude. The overall atmosphere was disrespectful and toxic to its customers.

I love all the trainers! They are all a little different so you never do the same thing twice! This is the best workout class ever, it’s impossible not to leave feeling great and sweaty! Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience here since I started back in December. I have lost weight and felt more active now. The classes are fun and challenging. The staff is also friendly and very motivating. Wouldn’t recommend any other place!

I started KB about 9 weeks ago. I LOVE it. Each coach brings something different and it's Always a good workout. It is tough in the beginning, but over time it gets easier as your brain to body connection and muscle memory develops. I look forward to my workouts. It's such a good workout and as a busy full time working mom of 3 kids, I find that this is the well needed workout and break/decompression that I need.I've also lost over 10lbs since beginning, and the shape of my body has changed also. I look great and I feel even better!
