I have been to a meditation, a women's retreat, and a 1x1 session at MSI with Billie. Each time I go there, I am pretty open minded to the experience and I come home surprised at how much of a positive effect it has on my life and myself. MSI Wellness Center is a wonderful center for learning, wisdom and meditation. The many classes, retreats and meditations I have attended have enriched my life and helped me grow beyond measure. Reiki classes among many others have helped open my awareness to all life has for me to experience. Friday night meditation is free, brings peace and balance, as well as gives an opportunity to meet new people.
