This gym has too many members to only have 4 Smith machines, they need at least 6 smith machines. I've been to dozens of PF locations and many of the locations have 6 smith machines despite having far less members than this gym. Id be glad to change my review in the future if this is rectified.

I called in and was told I could come work out (marathon train) and my older kid could sit in the lounge area. (I’m a single dad visiting from nyc) When I showed up & after I paid, Adrian was stone cold and said actually no I couldn’t do that. I told him I called an hour prior and was told that’s fine but that didn’t matter. Very disappointing - this is the first gym I’ve been to that has done this.

Urgently needs an additional (or two) Smith machines. There is always a line there, and I have seen numerous episodes of altercation between members as they couldn't agree on who had been waiting longer... It is that bad.There are lots of stationary bikes though that are never occupied more than 20%. Why not remove a couple of bikes and add a Smith machine instead?Also, the men's bathroom needs a napkin dispenser. I was told the lady's one has it

I visited this club location today. The woman at the desk was very friendly and gave me a tour. There were machines available and the environment appeared clean. I was about to sign up, but the "application fee" was $14.94 and not the $10 stated on this location's website. Sales tax does not explain the difference nor is there any mention of a fee variance on the website. I decided not to join. If there are discrepancies at the outset, it does not bode well for future interactions. Too bad, I liked the club.

This location is not the best PF location I've been to. The gym is very packed, especially in the afternoon on the weekdays. My biggest issue with that is the fact that there are only 4 smith machines at this PF. It is almost impossible to find an available smith machine without waiting in line for one. I've been to 2 other locations that are not as busy and have a smaller layout where they had 6 smith machines. This location is large enough to receive more smith machines and would greatly improve the overall gym experience for many people who go here.

I gotta say, this location is really setting the tone for a lot of the high school kids and young adults through exercise and commitment. So many are immersed in training their bodies for the better and are consistent in returning regularly. Props for making this place so inclusive. I fall outside this trajectory and enjoy most all moments within. There are many machines, cardio pieces, barbells, rowing machines, and stretch areas for warm-up and wind down. The only thing I can point to as missing are kettle balls. I would love to have access to some for my 3-5 day routines. I also have access to the tanning beds and hydroponic massage tables. I enjoy and recommend.

I'm awarding 5 stars to Planet Fitness because of the outstanding gym facilities and the sense of community it fosters among members. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the positive experiences I've had in the past, which prevent me from giving a lower rating. However, I must admit that recent changes have left me feeling disheartened.One aspect that has affected my gym experience is the absence of Victor, a former employee who played a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. His presence positively influenced many of us, and his departure has had an impact on the gym's atmosphere.I am disappointed with the management's decision to let go of dedicated employees, like Victor, without providing a fair opportunity to address any concerns. Rather than offering warnings or seeking alternative solutions, their choice seemed abrupt and unfounded, which has left me questioning their approach.In my opinion, the issue might stem from understaffing especially during peak workout hours. Having just one employee on duty can lead to inefficiencies and impact the overall member experience. I believe hiring additional staff could greatly improve the gym's operation and ensure a more pleasant environment for everyone.I genuinely care about the well-being of this gym and the sense of community it provides. Hence, I encourage the management to consider revisiting their decision and reassessing their staffing strategy. By recognizing the value of dedicated employees and ensuring adequate staffing levels, Planet Fitness can continue to be the exceptional gym that has made a positive impact on so many lives, including mine.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating and always in a good mood. The people that workout all root for each other and there is usually never any negative energy. Everybody greets and is nice to one another. The machine are always functional.

Love planet fitness but this location is incredibly dirty... I've been to many locations and see the employees deep cleaning, moving machines using rags and buckets to clean. I never see that here, the machines are covered in filth, dirt, dust and debris. It's gross
