Great place to workout! No frills or fancy but enough machines to keep you busy for a long time.Staff is always dusting or cleaning the place.If you mean serious exercise/work out, this is your place.Always a fan!!

Very friendly staff. Very clean, though some of the lockers could use a touch up from the rust. they recently added tnt to the tv channels which has been a big improvement, but the morning programing of Charmed during the early morning hours is... dated. Consider some box sets of wildly enjoyed shows?Lots of people sit on their phones during busy hours while at machines. There aren't enough machines for that, and there isn't any enforcement.The new layout in the stretching/ab area seems to fit less people then before.

Great place. Would love if there were more than one set of 3 and 5 pound weights. Just an extra set would make a big difference!

Staff goes above and beyond to ensure each member is taken care of. I've been a blackcard member at this location for only 6 months + and it's the best PF i've ever been a member for in the past 4 years in Chicago. Special recognition to leadership, Kacie manager for excelling at bringing positivity, kindness, and professionalism in all of her interactions with everybody. HUGE thank you! :)

I wish i could give less than 1 star.Do not open membership on planet fitnessthey will tell you itis only $10.99 per month . and you can cancel anytime you want.once you signed up with them everything will be different and they started chargin you $24.99 without any asking. and also when you want to cancel it they gonna charge you $58 for penalty .You can’t call or online for canceling you have to come the same location for cancel only.there is nobody behind . nobody cares . No Phone or online customers serviceDon’t choose this fitness they will rob you and every time you using their equipment you have to clean it after by yourself

The club is immaculate. It's well equipped and broken equipment is fixed quickly. The staff is wonderful. The massage chairs and the hydro massager provide the best ending to a hard workout

Great membership price but the problem is we have less machines for bodybuilders than cardio machines.For example, there is only one Sando machine always busy.At the same time, we do have a lot of treadmills inside, nobody uses it?!!!!!

Kacie is just the best. She helps create such a welcoming environment through her friendliness, attentiveness, and consistency. Her efforts make this one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to and makes me want to keep coming back. Excellent job!

Kairu was very helpful in assisting me with my membership. I haven’t been back to the gym because I haven’t been so motivated but getting good customer service from Kairu and the management makes me feel like it’s a safe space and motivates me to come more often because I feel like they will be there to help me ☺️ Great gym 👍🏽 …
