24 Hour Fitness

Some students got into fights and conflicts on basketball court which caused the court close early for multiple times. Also bottles and food trash everywhere on the court. GM said fights would be banned but I’ve seen same group fight each other twice. And they opened the emergency door multiple times for no reason. Not worth the money

It would be zero stars but some of the people who work here are actually pretty cool but the management and janitorial staff ZERO. I have been coming here for years and gradually this place has gone down the drain. They never have soap in dispenser and never have paper towels and instead of putting paper towels in dispenser they remove the dispenser. The management is horrible. If it wasn't close I would never come here. They need to hire better staff and management.

Front desk was horrible this morning. Then only to head into a filthy locker room. A surplus of tiles missing from the ceiling. I’ve yet to find a 24 fitness where people don’t wear their shoes in the steam room. Just pure trash. It’s at the point where I’m asking myself should I have gone with Planet Fitness instead? Likely will ask for a refund on my platinum membership. Highly disappointed with this company. Horrible location with one thug after another. If you have class and a decent person just go to the nearest 24. It’ll be worth the experience.

To start off I am going to be posting this under an anonymous account for personal reasons. I have been coming to this gym now for a little over a year, and I really did enjoy the cleanliness and welcoming arms of the staff here. Staff like Nao, Michael (who no longer works here), Andrew (who no longer works here), CJ, the gentleman with long black hair and stubble on his chin (can’t remember his name unfortunately) and a couple others have been very helpful and welcoming on my weight loss journey, I appreciate them all and this gyms management should count their lucky stars to have such brilliant people on their team.Lately however I have considered canceling my membership. The gym has become over run with uncleanliness, and over all terrible customer service from new staff is more prominent now than ever. My biggest complaint is about David, who is shown in my first photo, who gives absolutely no damns about his job or the gym members. He will keep the till closed his entire shift, denying anyone the right to make any purchases up front, and can be seen on his phone the entirety of the time I attend the gym. Not only is this hurting your profits (Management) but he is an unwanted stain upon this gym’s reputation. I’ve even heard stories about how since there was no bags in the locker room for wet clothes, a patron went up front to ask him for a garbage bag, and he proceeded to empty a Bartells bag he had stuff in and handed it to the member. This is absolutely ridiculous and shows he has no care for this gyms members, I recommend he be fired immediately or your members who come in during the evening hours could very well cancel their memberships, I know I’m tempted to. Moving on, as you’ll see in the photos provided, the state and cleanliness of the mens locker rooms and/or the spa area has fallen drastically. The amount of filth, grunge, and damage that can be found is insane to me, and has to be a health code violation. On top of that it had been heard that the wood which is quite literally falling apart in the sauna room was supposed to be replaced months ago. I feel like if these things can be focused on, like not even having a paper towel dispenser in the mens locker room? My confidence in this gyms capability to function normally and clean would be restored.Signed sincerely, a very concerned member of this gym.

Two gays was on costumer they don’t have good behavior with me and my boyfriend,Maybe I was different, I don’t go this Gym. The customer service weren’t respectful Guys.

They have everything such as dry, steam sauna, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, all kinds of machines, training rooms. Staffs are nice and kind. And most of all they open 24h. What a great!!!

For about $330 a year you can get a Platinum membership for 1 year. You can bring up to 2 guests and go to any 24hr fitness in the nation. This location has a pool, sauna, and hot tub.

Nasty showers, one of the worse locker rooms I've seen. It's what I'd imagine a senior living center gym to look like.
