I love my trainer and they have a pool/ sauna/steam room. Even my baby loves the daycare there.

Always friendly staff and very clean locker rooms and equipment

Clean, friendly, lots to do. The only way I can think that they could improve on the experience is 1) make it cheaper to add family members. And 2) add a climbing wall.

Great pool, always clean, helpful staff, good prices, can't complain about a thing.

Equipment is outdated and falling apart. Kid's care wait and staffing is nothing comparable to other 24 hr fitness center. Not very friendly

Just moved to Lynnwood in May. Chose 24 because they were close. Since becoming a member I've been treated with respect and the very few concerns I had were addressed and handled timely. The General Manager is wonderful, he helped me and took care of me when I first started. The staff that I bump inot on a daily basis will say hello and ask me how I'm doing. The atmosphere from LA fit to 24 is unreal. I have all the equipment I need and when I asked about one that seemed to not be working properly I met Jay the maintenance tech. He came over as I was there and fixed the machine I was using. Most gyms do not have a service tech on hand, it makes a difference. From what I've heard it sounds like the management has changed some and most of the other gym goers I talk to agree that the club has been the better for it. Issues may have existed in the past but for the last 3 months I've loved this place. Give it a try before just reading a review.

I am an all club member who visits multiple clubs for classes. I found this clubs management skills go above and beyond to help there members. James specifically helped my son and i when it really mattered. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond expectation. Thank you James

It's a pretty average 24 hour fitness. Decently clean and well maintained. However because it's next to the mall and many housing developments it can get VERY body sitting peak hours.

The best way to put it is out of date. The equipment is broken all the time. If it's not broken it's worn-out to to point of being hard to use. They have ONE squat rack, so good luck on leg day. And the weights are never in order

Cancelling my membership as soon as I get off work tomorrow. I signed up at Tour de Terrace two years ago and have been a member since. When I signed up, I was told I could bring in guests as long as they had a guest pass (and hadn't had one in the past year.)I went to bring in two of my friends this evening to use the pool and hot tub area. They had previously considered membership, but we weren't in the mood to go through the whole spiel this evening and just wanted to use the hot tub before heading home. I had not had issues before this evening, and had in fact brought in two other people (with guest passes!) who eventually became members. We were told that they had to pay the day fee of $20 (which I was not told about when I signed up) even though it was 9:00 and we were intending to go into the hot tub for a total of 10-15 minutes after work.On top of that, the employee who was supposed to set them up with their guest passes was busy chatting with another employee rather than helping us, and we sat for ten minutes before the employee at the front desk had to call them AGAIN to get their attention.Overall, it was an extremely upsetting experience and I expect more from a gym that I pay $45/month to attend.I have told my father (whose company incentivizes employees to join 24 hour fitness as their gym of choice by reimbursing their membership fees) and if this issue does not get the resolution I'm expecting, we will be cutting off that program and switching to L.A. Fitness. Company-wide.Furthermore, I will be posting this on Angie's list AND google reviews, as well as calling their corporate office and flying in for a face-to-face appointment if necessary.
