I love this studio! Great teachers, always friendly managers and a community that is accepting to all people. Through hot yoga I have built confidence, strength and inner peace. This has been a life changing journey.

WAY. TOO. HOT. Manager is rude and pretentious. $65 for pants and I discovered a hole in the crotch on this brand new pair of pants - they refused to return or exchange them. There's better places that have better management at better prices that won't give you heat stroke.Edit: I haven't been here in a long time yet according to other reviews it seems like the place hasn't changed. I'm putting in my two cents so others know it's not just ONE disgruntled Yogi but many. If you truly want me to "try you out" again then turn down the heat.

i have practiced hot (bikram) yoga in multiple studios in different cities, states, countries and even continents. In my 7 years of practicing I have never come across a studio that has such a HUGE PROBLEM W THEIR HEATING SYSTEM. Oh don't get me wrong, I LOVE THE HEAT. But this studio either has a heating system that is designed to torture by creating the sensation that u are being cremated, OR, teachers have not been educated on how to control the heat. I have complete 2/10 classes so far and both times the teacher rotated around the class opening the doors and closing the doors constantly. This is so distracting, and frankly as a doctor I believe it can be dangerous! U are greeted by 120 degrees, then suddenly a cool breeze hits u and ur circulation reacts and then again 120 degrees. If u are not new to hot yoga u know very well that his type of hot/cold shift creates a feeling of nausea and lightheadedness. In both classes that i attended almost 1/2 class was sitting down at some point. To make matters worse, the FLOORING IS MADE OF HEATH CAPTIVATING MATERIAL! so when u hit the floor series u are greeted by a floor hot enough to cook an egg! It's so hot it hurts soles of my feet when i try to walk in and out of the classroom. PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER MANAGING THIS STUDIO FIX YOUR HEATING SITUATION. Keep the heat constant. I am happy to go back when heating is fixed!

Hot Yoga inc of Mill Creek changed my life for the better. Not only physically but mentally and spiritually. I was once in so much pain that I could not touch my toes. After starting hot yoga i gained strength, flexibility, and better sleep. Teachers inspired me to become a instructor and give back what had and has been given to me. The studio is clean and professionally ran. All of the teachers are great and I continually leave feeling better after every practice. Thankful to HYI always!

I love Hot Yoga Inc. The staff is amazing to work with and truly care about their clients. I have been coming here since 2012 and have cured my back and neck problems. I also have learned calming techniques; have become a happier, healthier and more positive person. I love how they always open the doors and the combination of the heat and fresh air is perfect!!

One of the best Hot Yoga studios around in the entire West Coast and Washington. The Mill Creek location specially stands out because of its windows and bright lighting. I like looking outside when its raining and cold and being in a heated room, enjoying the heat. The teachers are professional and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable always greeting me with a smile. The manger Alysea, has been helpful numerous occasions and has always addressed any concerns I had about the studio. She has their class schedules online updated weekly so I can pick and choose what teachers/classes work best for me. The classes are for all levels but my favorite is Power, as I get the best workout and stretching all in one hours time. One of the hottest studios around but you get used to the heat after 10-12 sessions, just make sure you bring your water bottle and hydrate every time before class. Dont give up after a few classes, your body adjusts to the heat. After 6-8 months of this you will be in the best shape of your life! You will be amazed at the results! The best part is the 10 day trial, ask for their specials. Highest recommendation if you want to try Hot Yoga for the first time, this is the place to try it.

I've been about 4 times, I love the teaches & the classes. I feel like the room can get a little TOO hot & I wish the prices were a little cheaper.

I love this studio but do NOT leave anything here.. ever. The next day it will be gone out of the lost and found. I've accidentally left my yoga towel and Patagonia coat there and both have been taken out of the lost and found :(

I love this place whenever I start to have pain in my low back and hips and in my neck and shoulders one Hatha class does the trick and gets me all loosened up. Hot yoga here has also helped me with decreasing my pain after my car accident! I highly recommend going to hot yoga if you suffer from pain
