Nice large room with wonderful windows. Some classes are hotter than others; it largely depends on the instructor. Staff is professional and knowledgable. Some days can be crowded but not as crowded as other studios we've been to.

I did a 6 month membership. They need to learn to regulate their facility temperature. I love heat and spent 2 months in Asia with 24hr intense heat and still this place is way too hot for all except the very coolest class they offer. Also watch your belongings. Things don't last long in the lost and found.

Way too HOT! I've lived in 3 states love yoga, this should be called EXTREME yoga, the temp. is 120° plus in here, I love yoga but felt like heat stroke was upon me, I'm 5'1 130lbs. Also, but a mat before you come, they will charge you $50 to $80. Not very friendly either. I miss my yoga place in Portland. On to the next place. This one won't be our home.

It seems to me that they have no ability to control their heat system. The one time I went it had to be a good 115-120 degrees in the room. That is way too hot for Vinyasa flow which is supposed to be taught at around 105 degrees. The studio is attractive, the teacher was solid, the prices are decent, decent music and lighting but when the heat is so hot that you have to lay down for half the class everything loses it's allure. I've been practicing yoga for 17 years, I've done a ton of hot yoga, I've never not been able to complete class. I couldn't complete this class due to the heat. It was oppressive. I was dizzy and ill. It took twenty minutes after class to regain my composure. If they can fix the heat this place would be perfect.

Great place. I really enjoyed going. I felt great mentally and physically. I'm considering rejoining even though it's a bit pricey. The biggest down side for me is, there's no childcare so I would be really uncomfortable leaving my daughter in the lobby alone.

After suffering from chronic back pain, lack of flexibility from sitting at a desk all day, and insomnia. I found relief for all in Hot Yoga. I started with a 10 class package and was hooked after i could finally touch my toes. The heat not only help with flexibility and weight loss from the exercise and sweating, but the side effect of no more allergies was amazing too. Of course the first classes were difficult and I wanted to leave, but nothing worth doing is ever just easy. After 8 years of Hot Yoga i feel younger than when i started.TJ

be very careful when u sign up here .. typically places charge you 1 extra month when u cancel .. but hot yoga ends up charging 2 full months when u cancel .. just got off the phone with the manager .. you have to tell them 15 days before your next auto pay to avoid paying 2 months as termination fee

I have been a member at this yoga studio for the last four years. When I first started going there I fell in love with it. The energy was inviting the teachers were positive. friendly and took the practice very serious. Even though it is super expensive to practice there it was worth it. The studio is nice but the ladies bathroom is tiny. Within the last year or so it has changed, most of the instructors are novices and not good (if you are a experienced yogi this is not the studio for you). It also seems to attract a younger crowd, almost feels like high school, kinda clicky and trendy (makes me think meat market at the club). Their is no consistency with the instructors, most are new to teachers straight out of the inc. school, or they are students trying to get their hours in and they are are terrible, they cannot design a good flow, or give decent instructions how to get into the position. They have also changed the classes by adding a class called "sculpt" yoga with weights in a hot room with loud modern top 40 music. If I wanted to lift weights I would go to a gym. I started yoga 5 years ago to gain flexibility, strength, balance, and de-stress. But all the classes I have been to in the last 6 months have been disappointing. Their is always someone talking in the class having a personal conversation. Because of the changes in the last couple years I have decide to no longer renew my membership. There is a lot of competition in the area for hot yoga and in my opinion there are better studios.
