Like others that have posted, I had trouble with billing practices with Muv, particularly when I tried to cancel.Muv doubled my dues without notice and without the terms to increase fees automatically in the original agreement. Muv also then attempted to bill an additional two months after cancellation in spite of last month being paid in advance.I went to the BBB and stated my case and got a refund. I could have taken Muv to court and had them pay my legal fees, as can anyone else according to Washington State law, had I won. Some suggestions:1. Don't sign the signature reader to give 30 day notice to cancel without reading the documents. Muv did not display them and I had to request to see them. It turns out that signing those documents gives explicit permission to keep charging you and probably materially changes conditions in the original contract. I'd recommend just hand carrying a note with intent to cancel into the facility and ensure you put a revocation of authorization to electronically debit your account in writing.2. Review your agreement/contract to see if you already paid last month membership fees.3. Review RCW 19.142, and in particular RCW 19.142.050 Notice of Cancellation - Refund (often pro rata refunds within 30 days are due to you, not the other way around).4. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if you think the organization is treating you unfairly or deceptively. No, I won't be contacting Lindsey.Good Luck!

After a few months they started charging me double. I called them about it and they hung up on me. Awful customer service and shady billing practices. Keep that in mind when the sales rep is upselling you

Leo was very helpful and we loved training with him.Edit: they messed up the account setup and they don't accept credit card payment for monthly billing.

Muv is a great gym, the staff is very nice and they make a comfortable environment. I got trained by Leo and he was very good at making sure I stay consistent and that he helped with what I was targeting

Management doesn’t address members concerns. Members are treated unfairly. Equipment isn’t maintained well. Pool constantly shut down due to heater malfunctions. Staff lies about the status of the pool saying it’s heated when its 75 degrees. Members are allowing to go into pool and hot tub in their underwear constantly! Gross!!
