Although I have had good experience at the beginning with them, but with what they have been doing now, make or have to spread the words about them.As long as you are still there, everything is great. However if you looking to cancel, it will never work out the way you want it.We have had membership with them for exact a year, and then cause we moved out of the area, so we had to cancel it.I tried calling in and was told we have to come in during the weekdays to meet with a manager to do so, there was no other way. Then we were also reached out by billing department which is a separate company that handles this, told us we have to send a mail in to get it canceled. Lol this is 21st century and this is funny. Our plan was for 12 month and we had every freedom to cancel it. We mailed and thought it was over.Now this is getting funnier. We kept getting charged for the month, plus something extra that is beyond the monthly fee. I had to dispute with my bank over over, they would be charging my card over and over, and then send me emails and calling from a automated line of the billing company.We haven’t step in there more than half year (since last December) and they keep charging my card and won’t cancel it. I called in again today and was told the manager would call me back, which they never did.Terrible experience and if you will move out or looking to change your gym, definitely don’t choose this place. They scam you hard.

This gym has easily become the dirtiest gym in the county. The pool today looks like all of the homeless people in Everett came and took a bath last night. The steam room smells horribly and has a pink slime running down the face of the benches. The ownership and management of this club clearly takes no pride in the cleanliness of their club especially the wet deck. Everybody from the manager down to the Maintenance man should truly be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to swim in such a disgusting pool. They should also probably lose their jobs. I have notified the health department today. It has become very clear that this club is only about new memberships and not retaining the ones they already have. Disgusting!!! Disgusting!!! Disgusting!!!Update: The Health Department just called me back the same day as my complaint and said they had the gym close the pool. It never should have gotten to that. When I approached management 2 weeks ago they should have closed the pool.

I want to give this gym a 5 star review, BUTThe wood in the sauna is poorly maintained. Planks have been pulled out without being replaced. There’s now nails sticking out of the spots where the planks are missingThey have 2 lifting platforms with giant indents in the matts. The labels on the side of their platform read mats should be regularly rotating… obviously they don’t care to do so. If your ankles land aligned with the indent when you put the bar down… there goes your shins. For those trying to hit a PR… your digging an extra inch than those who lift on good platformsThe no gym bag policy is very annoying for those who like to utilize their personal equipment. I powerlift and keep my knee sleeves/wrist wraps/belt in my bag. I didn’t used to get bothered by the staff for it until recently this new trainer guy may have been assigned to do so… it’s really put me off loving this gym and I hope they get the proper insurance to allow bags again, or the decency to allow members to keep their bags with them as long as it’s out of the walkways.I’d give it 4 stars if they at least took care of the maintenance issues. I’ll provide photos after my next visit. Been at this facility since it was 24 hour fitness.You contact Lindsey mf

MUV is an excellent gym. Plenty of equipment, the staff are friendly and it’s spacious enough that even at the busiest time of day you can find yourself a spot to get a good workout in. Huge shoutout to my personal trainer Gina! She truly knows her stuff and will get you the results you’re looking for. Highly recommend working with her.

this gym is clean with very nice staff and amenities. i use the sauna, steam room and weight equipment and have only had good experiences with all. that extra empty room they use for classes is usually open for use, it's great for a little extra space. if you're used to gym sales tactics and cancellation policies theirs should not come as a surprise. i've never had issues with my billing and the annual fee is nothing terrible. i chose this place over LA since their salespeople and trainers aren't as pushy. i do get the occasional text/email but it's nothing terrible. great equipment and environment. very welcoming. bonus points for the INBODY scale that is available with appointment.two things: avoid rush time. after 5 on the weekdays.. nope! too many people. also, i wish they were open later. i work overnights and afternoons.. so i have to go basically right when i wake up (2pm) or else there's too many people/they're closed.

I went through others’ reviews before making my own. I see a pattern in all low-star reviews, which are all related to finance and customer support.It is unsurprising to me as I also have the same bitter experience with them regarding my personal training cancelation. They processed $2100 for personal training service several months after canceling the personal training service! I have been trying to explain to them (Ryan and Darius) about it by all means, but they are very lethargic and take several follow-ups even to get an email response. once I am exhausted with my tries, I must take up a legal fight with them. But let’s see how it goes. I am going to keep this review open. I wanted to share my experiences to help anyone taking personal training. PLEASE DO NOT take personal training here, not because of bad trainers but because of worst management. The wrong payment was made in November 2022, but I am still exchanging emails with them; you can imagine how frustrating it would be.I will write another detailed review later.MUV, I see you are replying to all the reviews. Don’t do the formalities, do the real thing.I have no way to make ZERO star review , thus 1 star review.

MUV is a good fitness center with a great community. Josue, a staff at MUV has been a great help through my fitness journal here. He's friendly, easy to talk to, and give useful tip on how to use the equipments and safely perform different exercises. No doubt, if you have any questions, definitely come to Josue, he's very knowledgable in this field.

Just moved for another gym and really appreciate Jamal, Leo, and Thomas for being so helpful. All new gym equipment and very clean.
