I can’t say enough about Orangetheory Fitness in Bothell WA!! If you’re looking for some kind of HIT Class to do on the side of the typical gym, I would highly recommend this place!! The workouts are designed to increase and decrease your heart rate throughout the workout, which results in fat burning post workout! They are also designed to challenge you and build up your endurance and strength! Since joining Orangetheory about 7-8 months ago I have lost 35 pounds and have noticed a huge difference in my endurance, strength, and overall health! I absolutely love the convenience of scheduling classes on their App as well! I also really appreciated the amount of accountability that Orangetheory creates. It’s so easy to have a plan to go to the gym at the start of the day. But then by the time the end of the day comes, you don’t always want to go. So often times you just go home. However, Orangetheory’s class cancellation policy creates accountability! It’s honestly helped me so much in my weight loss journey! I recently had to cancel my membership with OT solely due to the fact that I couldn’t afford to do personal training and OT at the same time. So I decided that based on where I’m at with my fitness, I wanted to move towards a different exercise routine. I highly recommend Orangetheory to everyone, no matter where you’re at in your fitness level!! The great thing about OT is they provide alternative exercises if needed! The coaches have always been so great at doing that for me when I was still battling lower back issues. They really pay attention to each and every person in the class making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly so that you can get the best out of your workout!

I love going to the group classes on Saturday and Sunday and every time it has a new workout routine, which keeps me motivated.I can’t imagine myself ever going back to a regular gym. The coaches are so helpful, making sure you’re doing every exercise properly to prevent injury and are also great at showing ways to accommodate if you have previous injuries that don’t allow you to do certain exercises. I always leave the gym feeling accomplished. orangetheory has the workouts predetermined for you, making me target and workout different muscle groups that I typically wouldn’t on my own at any other gym! I absolutely love working out at orangetheory!

Based on the location I've gone to, the staff was friendly, professional and encouraging. Great customer service skills. No high pressure sales techniques relating to purchasing sessions. The workouts make exercise fun (something I had been looking for), and there is a nice group positive energy, but there is also no pressure to keep up with anyone else, and you find what's challenging for YOU. And the instructors have been great - high energy and sincere enthusiasm.

I like the efficiency you get in just 1 hour. You don't have to come up with your own routine and spend hours in a conventional gym trying to get the same results. You have highly qualified / personable coaches that are always pushing you to hit that next lvl. Overall the staff, coaches and community make you want to show up and put that work in every day with their positive energy :-)

Had my 1st workout today. Excellent class! There's nothing left in the gas tank! Excellent instruction, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The gym was clean, well organized, and high energy! All of the other people in the class were friendly and enthusiastic. I've never felt so welcome in a gym before!

I've NEVER worked out so consistently for so long in my life (9 months+). It's so much easier to get over the temptation to not work out when I know that my workout will be completely planned and guided by an OTF Coach. I don't have to do the "thinking" work -- just go and follow instructions. 10 minutes in and the drudgery is gone, and I'm working hard to get those splat points! When the workouts get hard, I keep thinking, "I KNOW I never would have pushed myself like this if on my own". At the end of the hour, I feel so victorious that "I DID it!" and feel such an accomplishment. I love OTF!

Great coaches, great workouts for all people......highly recommend Orange Theory and specifically this studio!What I like in no particular order: 1 -the structure of interval training 2 -the coaches (Jen, Tiffany and Mac) -sorry to see Tiffany working at a different studio but understand 3 -the genuineness of everyone who works there 4 -working out together with the same people (goal oriented) 5 -the workouts (challenging but achievable)

I love that it's guided interval training. I don't do well by myself at a gym or at home with workout programs. I need the push of a guide and accountability of signing up for a class. I love also that the workouts are different everyday so that it doesn't get old or boring. I also really like the heart monitor setup, being able to watch as I'm in my workout, how I'm performing. I'm thankful that the instructor shows modifications and gently encourages.

I love the entire staff and the workouts! In three months, I have lost over ten pounds and over 14" inches. I have more visible muscle tone, increased strength, greater endurance, and always feel amazing after every workout!!! It combines both weight training and interval training, which is my favorite way to get in shape. Best class I have ever taken!!!

Great gym with interval training and coaches that really push you. This is a fun place to work out as you can see your heart rate on the monitors and know if you should push yourself harder. You have people around you working but it is very much an individual experience. Good quality rowers and floor exercises that are way harder then they seem.
