Great workout ! I liked that they really motivate you to keep going. Because of it I was able to finish the whole 30 minute workout. I encourage everyone to try it

Something for everyone. Hiit, boxing, strength training, crossfit and spartan training. They will get you out of your comfort zone and they don't stop there. First spartan sprint down last year and looking to do more this year.

If you want to meet your weightloss goals, then visit Artillery Outlaw is the place. They have great hours for those of you who enjoy a crack of dawn workout or for those that prefer evening hours. There's something for everyone, strength and conditioning, boxing, and HIIT classes. They also have nutrition coaching. Teddy, Sarah, Frank, and Sergio are all great coaches.

Frank, Teddy and Sarah have created a warm fun environment that challenges me every time I come in for a work out. I cannot thank them enough for giving as much as they have to get me in the best shape of my life!The endurance events are challenging and at the same time life changing. If I could post pictures in here, I would. Pictures can say more than what I can type in here. Let's just say when I started here a year ago, I had no weight training experience and no HIIT at all. All I knew how to do was run.I didn't lose any weight, neither did I gain any weight. I'm still at my (+/-) 128 pounds. But for some reason, my clothes are looser, my waist is smaller, my arms and legs are more defined. I didn't come in to lose weight, I came in to strength train. And Outlaws did it for me.They have a great group of members. Trainers are awesome too. It's just been barely a year, 11 months maybe. But it's changed the way I eat, sleep, and has taught me to prioritize myself for once. :)
