Dirty.Not healthy.Man room facility.Stream room has mole and mildew growing.Management does not take care of complain.I have been complaining, but manager does nothing.

This club has discontinued all group exercise on Sundays, thereby eliminating a previously well subscribed group exercise class which thrived for 15 years before In Shape took over ownership. There are few group exercise options for working professionals who prefer to get their workouts in early morning and on weekends. Management is ineffective unresponsive and destructive. If the goal is to reduce club use by long time members , in shape has succeeded. The chronic staffing and retention problems of quality instructors at this location appears to be unsolvable Do not pay top dollar for such a portly managed club that has no regard for its members.
