Your gym is closed due to the pandemic and your website says that payments will be stopped until you are open again. It also states that it is the individual franchise owner's responsibility to stop these automatic payments if they aren't controlled by the headquartered office. It's April 12, 2020 - you've been closed long enough to have stopped automatic payments; yet, my membership fees are reflected in my account to be pulled today. This is a reflection of the owners of the Dilworth, MN Anytime Fitness that they care more about their own bank account than their customers. Shame on you!

Anytime Fitness autopay pulled from my bank DURING COVID SHUTDOWN! Also, the end of our contract was during the closures, so we had an impossible time trying to figure that out. We called, e-mailed, left voice messages... and then when they came back, they forced us to pay fees and for a last month that we didn't want, as it was outside our original signed year-long contract! Totally a fraud. The owner should really give us an apology call AND a refund! 👋🏼

Paid my final payment in July 2020 and was told no payments would come out in August. Guess again. Payments came out in August. FML! Voicemail left and still waiting for a call back. It's an ok gym but the payments and contract are painful!Update 11 August 2020: possible resolution in progress. Individual didn't cancel family plan like discussed. Only cancelled mine. Finally got through on the phone yesterday. I'm watching the accounts for reimbursement.

Why would anyone rate this place above 1 Star? Grossly overpriced for minimal equipment and you are locked into their membership. I was told I could not cancel my subscription without proof of moving out of the area? At best you can freeze your account for up to 6 months but don’t forget to call at the end of that period again or you will be charged. Ridiculous business strategy and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also trying to get in contact with anyone in charge there is a chore. Would give 0 stars if I could

Unethical, dirty, NOT accommodating, SO unprofessional, and greedy are just a few words I would use to describe this scam of a business. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please, save yourself a headache and sign up for a gym anywhere other than here.
