This gym literally stole money from its customers during the pandemic. The manager, Ryan, is very unprofessional.

The same thing happened to me, Gina. Was charged in April (I am guessing the entire club was) and then told that I couldn't be refunded, but rather an extra month would be added at the end of my contract. This doesn't help me because I do not see myself going to a gym anytime soon. I sent a Facebook message and an email on June 14th that went completely unanswered (btw, no one picks upon the phone either). Moreover, I was told by the manager, Ryan, that I needed to fill out any paperwork in person in order to freeze my account or cancel it. My question: how could I have done that if the gym is closed? Terrible service overall, and the gym is not very well equipped as well. I am sure that there are other members who are going through the same issue as I am.
