Out of town drop in. Troy was my coach and he did an excellent job explaining what the plan for the workout and his expectations. He offered scaling options for all movements involved along with proper technique to execute said movements. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to locals and/or out of towners.

I have been a member since 2010 and haven't looked back since. In this time I have taken on the competitive aspect of CrossFit, the body maintenance of staying healthy and fit, focused on specific weightlifting movements/programs, and more. No matter what your goals are, you have the resources, tools, and support system to get there.

Fitness and Community. I've been going to CF701 for four years and its gone through a lot of changes, but functional fitness and community have remained at its core. I love coming in the early AM and working out with my AM crew. We push each other, help each other, and in general have a great time.If you fear CrossFit because it has a bad rap for injuries, don't. This gym stresses proper form and scaling for your abilities. I'm a four year vet, but coaches won't hesitate to call me out if I'm getting sloppy or pushing it too far.

I walked into the gym completely lost when it comes to weightlifting. I've always been active but never a gym person. Every last trainer is helpful and patient when it comes to my lack of skills. They push when you need it and listen to you when need that too. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to your overall health. So glad I found this place. I love the gains I have made.

Started working out again after 5 year break and tried Crossfit701. Coaches were great help and worked with me on lifting form. Fun environment with and no stress on lifting big. Have been going for over three years and thankful I started crossfit. Have lots of energy and don't feel fatigued after work anymore.

I started crossfit the end of May 2016 by joining the womens challenge. It was definitely challenging but by the end of the 6 weeks I found I was doing things I didn't think I could do. Kaylee was absolutely amazing as a coach. Very encouraging and a great listener. She always modified my workout depending on how my fitness level and how I was feeling. I loved it so much that I decided to sign up for a 2nd womens challenge. Now I'm a regular member and I absolutely love the gym, coaches and my fellow members. The coaches always make sure I have good form and that is a biggie for me having not lifted for many years It's a great atmosphere and to date I have lost 22 lbs. I know I will reach my fitness goals being a part of this amazing community.

I have been a member since the summer of 2011. It has been a fantastic journey and I've met so many wonderful people. On top of that, I've been active and in the best shape since I was an athlete in high school. With working a desk job this a perfect regimen to keep me moving. I look forward to every day there. Excellent and attentive coaches and constantly improving facility help a lot.

For years my workouts consisted of running, elliptical, and some of those cute little weight machines at a community gym. While those still have their place, it won't compare to the variety that CrossFit provides. The modifications and sincere attention of trainers made it so I could continue my entire pregnancy - literally up to the day the baby was born - as well as be something that I can do with my teenager. Even with a jam packed schedule, I make it a point to show up at least once a week, preferably more, when many other things are easily given up for the pursuit of downtime. This is worth your investment.

I was a member of 701 back in 2012-2013. I took a gym hiatus but had to come back, I just love it so much! Crossfit 701 makes your workout the most exciting part of the day and I always look forward to my time with the other athletes and coaches here. They do a great job modifying the moves to fit your level of fitness, but still always challenge you. Coaches are great about checking and correcting form, especially in the Olympic & power lifts. Another plus... dog friendly!! I would and do recommend to my friends and family all the time! Great gym, great people!

CrossFit 701 has given me the opportunity to challenge myself in new ways along with trying to reach my own personal fitness goals. Before joining CrossFit 701 I ran and also did my own body weight strength training. But I needed something different with my strength training because I wasn’t progressing and I also wanted someone to coach me in my running. After doing some research and talking with Ryan at CrossFit 701 and also a different trainer from a different CrossFit location I felt more comfortable and confident in my choice with CrossFit 701. I was a little worried about the coaching on the running side but things are going good there. Ryan has been more that willing to listen and adjust. I also feel the coaches are also knowledgeable. One of them had me pegged as a runner without me saying anything. They are quick to figure out your scaling that you might need, and if you have looked into CrossFit you know every workout can be scaled so any fitness level can do it. I personally like the gymnastics specialty class also because it aligns with some of my fitness goals and when I was looking I didn’t see that as an option for the other places. I have also enjoyed the people. I have not been able to just hang out, but when I have been there to workout out with everyone I have enjoyed the time together. So, personally I give CrossFit 701 two thumbs up.
