I've never been sad to miss a day at the gym, but now I am! Crossfit 701 is a great community with amazing coaches. I started with their women's challenge last summer and i have been able to do more than i ever though i would be able to! I have grown in both fitness and confidence thanks to them. :) They are always willing to answer questions and are very concerned with form (thankfully!).I continue to set goals and am thankful for their patience and guidance. I recommend this gym to ANYONE who is looking to improve their fitness or are interested in Crossfit.

CrossFit 701 has made my life better in so many ways! This is the first gym that makes me WANT to work out. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The community is full of people who are encouraging and empowering. If you're looking for a gym to call home, somewhere that will push you and encourage you to reach your fitness goals, and a community to support you along the way, look no further.

I joined this gym about 3 years ago. I had no fitness background and I didn't know anyone in the gym. Joining CrossFit 701 was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life! From day 1, everyone at the gym was welcoming, understanding, and encouraging. Everyone wants to see one another succeed. The workouts are grueling but rewarding. Since joining, I've developed a confidence and self esteem that I'd never had before in my life. I'm proud of the strength I've gained and all the things I can now do, and I owe it all to CrossFit 701.

CrossFit 701 is my home away from home in Fargo. All of the coaches and athletes are so friendly and welcoming each day. I like how their programming challenges me to work on different movements, but still allows me to scale back on things that need improvement. I would recommend CrossFit 701 to any beginner looking to start CrossFit or current athletes looking for a gym!

Joining Crossfit 701 has been a great choice for me. I have seen positive results in multiple aspects of my daily life, both physically and mentally. The workouts have really helped me learn a lot about myself. The decision to get in and push myself has been easy since joining Crossfit 701 with motivation to be found everywhere you look with the great coaches and members. I look forward to getting in to work out as often as I can, no matter how difficult the Workout Of the Day looks like it’s going to be. The coaches always steer you in the right direction and are very knowledgeable. If you have been on the fence about starting CrossFit like I was, definitely give Crossfit 701 a chance and you will find what you have been missing out on. The sense of Community cannot be beat.

I have been at CrossFit 701 since March 2011. It is a great workout for both men and women, and the atmosphere is such that you will be comfortable learning new skills and movements.CrossFit programing combines olympic weightlifting, gymnastic and bodyweight exercises, and cardio. You build your strength, flexibility, and endurance. The athletes cheer each other on, and the coaches make sure you do things properly and safely. I went from barely being able to run 400 meters to running a 10k - as part of a workout. My deadlift is 255lbs, and I am a 120lb woman. This program works! We have a membership that ranges from children to seniors with varied fitness levels. Beginner athletes, seriously competitive athletes, members of the armed forces, policemen, firefighters, paramedics, former high school and college athletes.
