Good selection of equipment, busy, tanning rooms could use to be cleaned more thoroughly and bathrooms considering they are always well staffed.

Been going to crunch for a whole now and all the staff are super friendly and easy to work with. Everyone at the front desk are extremely friendly and the trainers know what they're doing!

Place has awesome variety of machines but I would not recommend signing up with a trainer. I was told conflicting information. Apparently your contract auto renews and they will continue to charge you for sessions. At first my trainer was great saw a lot of progress but then scheduling trainer sessions became a hassle. Please ensure to read the contract and if you finish your sessions make sure to cancel they will continue to charge you and can’t refund you your money once you’ve been charged.

Crunch Fitness is the very first gym I've signed up for a membership; been a member for 2 months now and I am overall satisfied, for the most part. I have to say the $60 annual "hidden" fee did take me a bit by surprise, on top of the $9.99 monthly subscription, totaling about $15ish a month if you work that annual fee into it. To be fair though, it isn't that big of a deal at all because, for example, if you got to the gym even 15 days out of the month (30 days), you're really only paying about $1 every time you go to access all the gym equipment on the gym floor... even less if you go more than 15 days out of the month. If you think about it this way, it's a pretty darn good price. Want to make your money's worth instead of complaining/dreading the monthly subscription+ the annual fee? then commit and go to the gym every other day at least!Something I looked forward to before signing up was the "24/7" access they advertised, only to find out when I went to sign up that they actually close at 11pm Fridays and 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays. A little unfortunate as I work late everyday (9-10pm) and their "24/7" was something I looked forward to, to hit the gym after work on Fridays and weekend days. Oh well, not a deal breaker though. I get that maybe they need a break too.Lastly, like other reviews have mentioned, the locker room isn't all that big so it definitely gets tight in there when it's busy. The cleanliness of the locker room also definitely needs a step up; it just doesn't feel clean using/ changing in the locker room, so I've just made sure to be changed in my gym attire before coming, only going to the locker room to put my bag in a locker.Overall, fairly priced if you actually go with plenty of equipment / machines. Just plan around busy times and you're good.

Overall Crunch is a pretty nice gym for the price. It gets one star because of their cleaning process. To wipe down equipment Crunch uses paper towels and spray bottles. Today alone 4 spray bottles are completely empty and they ran out of paper towels for the second time now this month. Gym goers have to use very thin toilet paper to wipe down their equipment. If they are lucky enough to find a non broken spray bottle with cleaning solution in it. The amount of times I watch people not clean up after their use is ridiculous. I don’t understand why Crunch doesn’t use baby wipes or why they are allowing nonperishable items to run out. With the amount of traffic they see each day and the amount of bodily fluids left on each machine after someones workout having the proper cleaning supplies should be a top priority.
