Crunch Fitness - Fargo

Not impressed at all with the staff. The gym itself is alright. Kinda small but good options. Locker rooms lack space and are usually dirty. Now on to my biggest problem - I cancelled my membership last month, the staff member helping me was not at all familiar on how to cancel, I asked if I would be responsible for any other payments and he said no and had me fill something out and said he would let the manager know so he could process it and told me I would be receiving a call from him. Never happened. I didn’t think much of it until a week or so later I revived an email stated I owed $53 and some change. I called the facility and asked to speak with the manager but he wasn’t available. I asked about the email and then was told I needed to pay the annual fee- ok, that was fine. I was told it would come out March 13th. The card on file wasn’t working when they tried to charge it, I called them to run it again but then was told it was $90 some dollars this time for the annual fee AND the monthly membership. I asked them to have the manager call me BEFORE they try to run the card again (he was suppose to call me today at 2pm) as they never explained why I was being charged a different amount this time than what the email stated. Today, I get a notification they tried to run the card again for the $90 some dollars even though I was told the manager would call me before they tried again. I called today very frustrated on why they didn’t listen to what I asked and was told they would do yesterday. Whoever I spoke with today finally told me why I was being charged a different, higher amount. They definitely are NOT up front about everything when you sign up. Make sure you ask the right question if you decide to make this place your gym.

It's a great gym but they really need to start cracking down on people sitting at machines and not using them. The power work out line is supposed to give a complete work out in 30 minutes except a few of the machines will be sat at for 20min by someone chatting with another person or scrolling on their phones. Cannot use all the machines. Also the hydro massage area really needs some way to block out the sun. Nothing like getting a dose of cancer with your massage as the sun glares down at you through massive windows.

Machines are already broken. Nobody puts their weights back or wipes the machines off and this isn’t enforced.

Great staff and facility, plenty of room to workout, and price is perfect!

My name says Tweten but its Abby Haake now...but anyway there is lots of equipment and it's very clean. The people here are tuned to your goals and are very helpful. Andrew did my personal training session today and he was fantastic. He explained things to me and was very patient and had my best interest in mind. He showed me how to use the equipment respectfully and thoughtfully. Highly recommend 👌 Thank you to you and the staff for being awesome.

Went in for free hour with trainer. Because of my disability, he refused to let me on any of the machines, even the treadmill, tho I let him know I use mine daily. Didn't appreciate being treated as a complete invalid that can't do anything.Place was clean, as it should be, since being brand new.I will not be continuing my membership due to the above reason. I don't need the hassle by people that think I can't do anything.

Brand new! Opening for workouts on Jan 13th. Can't wait.
