Great facility. Helpful staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. There's a lot of great equipment for all experience levels. For a gym to have a comfortable environment for die hard lifters as well as casual enthusiasts is not an easy accomplishment. If there was a gym for me to suggest for someone who's uncomfortable with gyms, this is a great option. There's a lot of space and people to help, as well as yours that accommodate everyone.

Beware of hidden fee everybody. They are not upfront with people who sign for their membership.

Stealing from customers is absolutely appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves and should absolutely be investigated!!

Worst Gym in FargoDon’t fall for the new gym hype.Ratings don’t lie!Cleanliness is a real issue in the locker rooms there is alway garbage on the floors it’s clearly not mopped in them. The toilets are filthy as are the floors in the stalls. The managers are not helpful AT ALL all they did was make excuses, zero customer support and or service. They allow childcare workers to be on their phones and obviously then they don’t watch the children in there. Then you can’t cancel your membership at any point before 60 days and at the 60 days they take the annual fee that they failed to mention during the initial sign up when they were opening, they have a membership person who made it sound so great like your getting a deal. Hard to sign up for classes as for some reason they always say unavailable on the app. NEVER have seen a yoga class offered but once or twice and couldn’t sign up, that’s part of why I switched to this place. Actually I never see classes at all when I’m there. Things are really off at this gym, very poorly managed!!! I do not recommend this gym!Update: the crunch response obviously lacks professionalism “right” which is a direct reflection of your dirty gym! RIGHT!!! And your staff does NOT verbally go over your charges, people are rushed through to sign up and have no time to read anything smh nice try though. CRUNCH is crunchy! And I’m good I’ve already talked to both managers and neither were professional or helpful. I can only assume it’s a reflection of the owner.

Very busy hard to find parking, the lockers rooms look like they need a lot of cleaning done as there is plies of dirt under the lockers and benches. Locker spce is also hard to find in the evenings and some afternoons. The machines are ok but don't get wiped down and sometimes they are out of cleaning supplies. Will probably cancel my membership soon.Update: Tried to cancel membership before paying the annual fee but was told I must wait till I'm billed the annual fee in full (2 months). Also some lockers are starting to get filled with dirt and not getting cleaned out.along with machines breaking down (start button wasn't responding to any types of pushes). Also some staff members at front desk are not customer friendly.
