I highly recommend Dan if you're interested in getting into weight training or if you've already been training but would like some guidance on how to continue progressing. My parents, who are both in their 60s, and I met with Dan to get our form checked and have him set up our programming. He did a great job of teaching the lifts, and was very thorough. My parents hadn't performed these barbell movements before and he did very well at guiding them through the movements. He was very kind and very open to any questions we had regarding training and nutrition. If you're in the Fargo area and are interested in getting stronger, he will be a great resource for you.
