I have been to a few classes now and absolutely fell in love! All of the instructors make you feel so special and welcome, and truly push you to be better inside and out! Definitely recommend :)

Fly is more than a workout, it is an amazing community ! Fly welcomed me with open arms when I was new to town with immense kindness. I always felt comfortable and seen, and loved getting to know the instructors and the other members. I got great workouts, but never feel pressure or judgement. At Fly you are challenged and supported in the best way. Do yourself a favor and go!

I’ve loved being a part of the Fly community! The energy and vibe is always so so good and everyone is so sweet and encouraging! The staff make you feel so comfortable and are always there to help you if you need it! From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed and ready to take on whatever you’re there for! It’s always a great way to either start or end the day!
