Simply amazing! Everyone has a great vibe, all the classes are intense but you never feel like a slouch if you're having a slow day. Most welcoming gym I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

If you want a great workout and you want to get fit, this is the place!!! Love the cycle classes followed by the HIIT class!! Another class to try is a treadmill/HIIT which provides 5 minute HIIT intervals along 5 minutes of a 5 treadmill workout for 45 minutes!! They also have TRX, yoga and yoga sculpt! This place is a notch ahead of the others!!

I would 100% recommend taking a class there! The experience was incredible, and they are so kind to each and every person that walks in the door. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert in fitness, they are more than happy to work along side you and help you be the best version of yourself that you can be.

Fly Fargo is the workout community you want to belong to. Their classes are difficult, but the instructors, music, and the community is what will get you through and coming back for more!

Incredible atmosphere filled with great instruction, inclusive community, and a wonderful drenching sweat (in the BEST of ways). I have never found a group class atmosphere that I have felt so powerful. So good.

Fly is such a loving community that makes you feel like you belong no matter your previous workout experience. The instructors are so inspiring and comforting, they really know how to make everyone feel loved and special. The classes are also guaranteed to make you sweat and leave you feeling so strong and refreshed! I love fly and the community they have grown around their members.

I have hit over 150 classes at Fly Fitness in Fargo currently and am well on my way to 200. 2 years ago I would have never been able to say that, this place is truly a testament to why I’ve become a “gym” person. First, it doesn’t feel like a gym. It’s the most welcoming and inclusive environment that I’ve been in for fitness. They are so happy to see you each time and encouraging. I remember one of my instructors kept saying to me, you are getting so strong. I didn’t feel like I was, but she saw it in me before I did and it kept motivating me to keep pushing myself. I love being a member of this amazing group of people. It has led me to better physical and mental health, it has given me self-confidence, friendships, and determination.

Coming to Fly was the first cycle class I had ever done, fast forward a year and now and I go 3-4 times a week! So much energy, excitement, and a challenge is always there if you want it. The atmosphere is so encouraging and contagious! Outside of cycle, I had never done yoga or barre either and was a great environment to give it a try. Also recommend the HIIT-30 classes if you're looking for some cardio with weights.

There is no better place than fly! Not only do they provide killer workouts that are different every time you step foot into the studio, they also continually encourage you to find your wings and fly! Every instructor is very intentional in getting to know each person, and always reminds you of how strong and capable you are. I highly recommend fly to anyone, at any fitness level. There’s something here for everyone!

Fly is a safe and welcoming space where ALL are welcome to workout and feel a sense of community. I had tried every group fitness studio in town but never felt that I fit in until I found Fly. Group fitness environments can feel intimating, exclusive, and competitive. On the contrast, I feel seen and valued for exactly who I am at Fly!
