I love the studio's atmosphere and the friendly, professional manner in which it's operated.Signing up to attend fitness classes @ MidAmerican is my first step of commitment to my weekly training.The ease of scheduling and convenience of having my own profile/schedule is helpful when managing my life as a whole.I look forward to seeing my peers and trainers in the studio.Working out in a class environment gives me the courage and drive to push my hardest. I sweat and burn much more, than i would on my own.As the Trainers keep you motivated, fill you with encouragement, hold you accountable til the end, and most importantly teach you the correct form.Maxing out my potential and keeping me injury free.I began a health/fitness journey to find relief of chronic back pain and migraines I suffered from for years.Most importantly to strengthen my body and reduce the amount of prescription medication I was on.Since joining the studio in March 2016, I have maintained a 50lb weight loss. Along with inches gone & an increase in all the right places.I have gained incredible strength, endurance, confidence, and the energy to keep up with my young children and life in general.Now that my body is in shape, my pain levels have decreased drastically. My physical capabilities such as flexibility & stamina have increased and I'm relying less on medication.My current objective now that I’m lean is to sculpt, tone, build muscle and most importantly maintain my hard work and results.There are men and women of all shapes and sizes at MidAmericanFitness and we're all there to better ourselves.All are welcome and we love new faces.

I visited on a guest pass. I went for body pump and it was a great experience. The instructor helped me follow along very well since it had been awhile since I had worked out. I didn't feel self-conscious in the environment and it's an exceptionally great space. I would definitely recommend it staff were friendly and courteous and helpful.

Mid American, the trainers and the staff are wonderful. I love the wide variety of classes they offer to meet my needs every day. They keep me motivated to keep me going in all of my fitness needs.

For nine years now this studio is one of my favorite places to dwelland I try to spend an hour a day there so I can stay healthy and well!WERQ, Zumba, Zumba Strong keeps us dancing to the rhythm of the beat,And in Fit Barre we are graceful while we're on pointe with our feet!Body pump class always makes lifting weights challenging and funAnd Sculpt &Tone, TRX, and Cardo & Core classes are second to none!Do these instructors have any idea how important they are to me?I can come to cranky and tired, but leave there refreshed and happy!I miss seeing you when for whatever reason I am not in attendance,When life get too busy and I can't attend and be there in your presence!I am also grateful for the smiling and friendly people at the front desk,As well as the décor of the studio itself which is quite picturesque!So thank you to all the instructors and staff that work where I work-out,You are doing a wonderful job, and make MidAmerican a great hangout!
