From the moment I walked through the doors, they made me feel welcome and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my fitness journey. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with modifications when needed during my recovery period. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping me navigate my fitness routine while taking my medical condition into consideration.The variety of workouts offered at Orangetheory Fitness is another factor that has kept me motivated and engaged. Each class is carefully designed to challenge different muscle groups and incorporate cardiovascular exercises. This studio is amazing! It is like a second home where I’m motivated and challenged. The workout designs vary daily which keeps it dynamic and interesting. I like that OTF challenges and pushes me mentally and physically every single workout. I love that there’s no two same workout, they’re always different. Instructors are very kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do and care about the progress of their members. Wearing the heart rate monitor helps me to focus on myself and understand that my best and fat burning zone is different than everyone else’s. It makes it feel individualized and specific to me. I now have my two sisters going to OTF along with my best friend. Seriously worth the investment! -Sept 2022——————————Orange Theory Fitness has honestly changed my life. When I originally joined a few years back, I was just looking to move my body and maybe lose some weight. I LOVED the staff, the energy, the music, the workout, the facility, cleanliness, etc. Simply put- I LOVED IT. I've been talking about it since I left. Special shout out to the Faisal and the young lady who helped me settle in, both were AMAZING.
