The workout was more difficult than my usual exercises but still do-able. I'm sure OT will help me reach my fitness goals quickly.

It was great! It was tough but still had enough "wins" where I could push through. Heda was a great instructor too, she has a great voice :)

I enjoy the classes because they are different every time. I can push myself at my own pace and I feel good afterwards. The staff has helped me out when needed and the trainers are very helpful.

We ended up leaving this gym because of the customer service/employees getting away with being obnoxious on a treadmill while we talked quietly and were scolded/and the ginormous risk for injury. I originally liked the concept of OTF but it's just not customizable or safe. The cost per month seemed worth it but not if you are going to hurt yourself each time you come in. There is 1 trainer for 30 something people, they obviously cannot be watching your form at all times. I am a RN, and even I started to feel a lot of stress on my back. I had never weight lifted before so it was essential I had proper form to not injure myself. Luckily I quit before it got bad, however, I watched so many older folks working at the weights with horrible back and leg mechanics- just waiting for disaster to happen. OTF is now just about everywhere so it's very pro-profit with customer service hitting the bottom. When we quit the manager simply said they would talk to the employee who was inappropriately chatting it up with the trainer, but they could do nothing for our membership cancellation fees. Eventually the regional manager reached out and refunded us, the only good thing to come of this. Since then, it seems like 2 different managers have reached out to bring me back (the turnover for managers doesn't seem to be a good sign). If you are looking for a safe custom workout I would suggest looking for groupons for personal trainers. This ensures you will reach your custom goals and be safe. Yes, they are more expensive than even OTFs "highest" monthly plan, but it's probably more worth it in the long wrong to save yourself from injury.
