Excellent planet fitness club! Plenty of room and lots and lots of new equipment! Even a few machines you don't have elsewhere. I love the more ergonomic lay down pod style chair massages. When I'm near Novi and need to work out this is where I go.

The front desk staff all were rude and snarky to me and my son. Not one hello from any of the three standing there before the belittling comments about what franchise they were as if I didn’t know. It was not a pleasant interaction at all.

Disregard any nonsense in the below reviews…This location of planet fitness is by far the best I’ve ever been too. Always clean, always friendly, and consistently loved by the constituents. I have been coming to this location for a year and the staff as been nothing but helpful and motivating in my weight loss journey. Their helpful and upbeat demeanor has made it way easier for me to want to come to this location and get my work in!Furthermore, through casual observation the managers including Heather and Alex are amazing at what they do. Through covid this is the cleanest location I’ve been too which made me feel more than safe. Through staff shortage they sacrificed their own time and their own life’s to keep this locations hours flexible so all of us could reach our goals. All managers especially Heather and Amelia are incredibly personable and it’s clear through how many gym goers stop by to chat and say hello they are thoroughly appreciated.So contrary to any thought below this is location and it’s staff are awesome and would suggest any planet fitness members and non members alike to stop by and see these guys. You will not regret it
