***update***The head manager (Alex) contacted me. He was also rude from from the beginning of our conversation. He decided that he will cancel my membership and banning me from ALL planet fitness locations. I told him no he can not do that and that I have already talked to my location manager about this issue. He went on to say more but I hung up. I called my location once again to confirm that I am still a member. I was informed by the head manager of my location that he just ended a phone call with Alex and that my membership will not be terminated. I am banned from the franchise location owned by their franchise in Michigan only. The location I use is a difference franchise.The wild part is if you look at the other reviews Heather is mentioned for being rude to others customers. Alex, Have fun supporting staff that cause clients to leave and be banned. 🤣Heather seems to be new, and is a power tripping Karen. Might be a good idea to teach de-escalation tactics to your staff. Snarky and rude from the moment I walked in. Never visiting this location again. Apparently I'm "banned from all planet fitness centers "according to Heather. Who seems to believe she can cancel my membership and permanently ban me from being a member at all to any PFC. This isn't even my main location. There use to be a time when customer service was a real thing.
