The manager Heather was extremely rude walking up to me and within their so called 6 ft safe area from each other and said I wasnt putting up my mask quick enough for her standards and when I asked how long do you have to pull it back up before its considered against their policy she couldn't answer and then threatened that if it falls down below my nose again and I dont pull it up quick enough then she will make sure my membership terminate... I told her I'm partially deaf in 1 ear and have to wear a .ask that may fall down a little easier then the KN95 masks because of my hearing aide but she didn't seem to care and continued to harass me about the mask which I think is discrimination to hearing impaired people so hopefully no one else has to deal with this power tripping manager and maybe she will get a talk to about how to treat people!

Nice, clean facility! They're mostly open 24 hours, which is a big plus. Friendly and helpful staff.Only crowded in the evening, rest of the time not that crowded.Also, you don't need to carry a key fob, you can just login and scan through the app when you enter. The app also shows if it's crowded or not, along with other features like workout tutorials etc.Prices are reasonable, $10 (for one location) or so a month and about $39 membership fee. For all location access is probably about$20, but check with the staff.Like other planet fitness locations, they have a lot of treadmills and machines but only few benches and max dumbbell is 60 lbs. So, keep that in mind if it's too light for you.Overall a nice location, helpful staff, open 24v hours, ample parking.

My coworkers and I have been coming to this location several times a week, and we cannot say enough positive things about it. Every single one of us has transferred here solely based on how kind and helpful the staff has been to us. We tell everyone we know to come to this location because it truly is such a positive environment from the time you walk in to the time you leave. We love it here! ❤️

Love this place! Very clean. Due to short staffing they have temporary weekend hours. Saturday and Sunday they are open 6am-10pm

I've visited the majority of branches of PF in the Metro Detroit Area but so far this is the best location yet in my record. If I have to describe it, it has the same Layout / Concept as the Warren (12 mile) Location, but what this Novi Branch stood out the most is that it is surrounded with new buildings (Amazed with the Carvana Building for a moment 🧐), pleasant views from the outside and the windows in the second floor are a great way to get some sunlight.The Facility is relatively brand new, VERY spacious and you can easily find a spot to isolate yourself from others if you wanted to (Observe Social Distancing). Lots of modern equipments and friendly staff. Everything I can say here is Positive! (Except for Covid 🤭) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐As Much as I would like to hang out here and do my workouts, It's a little far from home and I have closer PF Locations. Just came in for a quick visit 😊 and experience the site First-Hand. So if you are from Novi or a little bit close to this area, This is a Great place to workout!
