Got a membership just for the 24 hour access, and then they change it. this is ridiculous as 24 hour gyms have become standard and anything less is subpar. Regardless of Attendence, the 24 hour feature is a perk for when it’s needed, and closing at midnight or earlier does not fit my schedule. I will be canceling my membership very soon. The black card features are great for the price, but it’s not worth it without 24 hour access. I believe it would be better to pay a little more monthly to go to a gym with more, and better equipment like Powerhouse. The environment is certainly a perk as well, but really the environment, aside from the high quality staff, could be found at any gym. I am extremely displeased with this decision to cut the hours. Myself and my workout partner (both black card members) will be seeking membership elsewhere. I would urge anyone who is displeased with the change in operating hours to follow suit by writing a review and leaving. If they fix this issue, to me they would easily be a 4 star gym, and would retain my business. As two voices, I realize the insignificance of our frustration, but rest assured we will do our best to reach as many people about this issue as possible. I really enjoy this gym, and want to continue attending, but I cannot with these new hours. (I don’t tend to work out on Wednesday or Thursday, so I only have one day that is 24 hours to workout.)(Edit) I believe my initial one star review was a little harsh. The facility is clean, and staff is helpful and nice. If you have a very flexible schedule this is a great choice of gym.Very respectfully- TrIstin Krause
