There's no better way to relieve stress than taking it out on a 150 pound bag for 45 minutes a day. I love it here and here is why:The owner Wes is a MMA fighter who has a lot of passion for what he does every day at Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing. If you have any questions Wes usually has the answer.Tabby is my favorite. She is awesome. Funny, great sense of humor and a excellent trainer. When I saw a listing about a 6 week program, I was a bit skeptical but I had been wanting to start working out in a group setting and kickboxing always seemed like it would be fun to me. Upon meeting Wes I knew that it was going to be a great experience. He walked me through what the expectations of the program would be and helped me set everything up. Going to the classes was amazing. The facility is kept clean and in good conditions and all of the trainers are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Each class was fun and challenging to help push me while also teaching the safe way to perform the workouts. They made sure that no one was pushing themselves to the point of hurting themselves and provided accommodations when needed. During my last week I injured my wrist and had a hard time putting any pressure on it. The trainers were very understanding and gave me alternative workouts I could do that would still keep me moving but would avoid me putting additional strain on my wrist. This gym is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I do not recommend this place because me and my husband moved away from Fayetteville 12 ENTIRE MONTHS AGO. And he has called, messaged, texted, left several voicemails, emails, and we have continued to pay for 12 months and an annual fee when we don’t even live there. Not answering and blatantly ignoring a paying customer/member is just completely unprofessional.

I did the 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs. I wound up losing almost 25lbs! Wes and his staff will tell you it is not easy but if you follow nutrition plan and do the workout you will succeed!

I did the 6 week challenge, it was the kick in the butt I needed. The instructors are good, I was taught how to track my food. I'd recommend this place.
