Facility is always clean, equipment is always available and the customer service is 110%. I recommend to anyone starting or already seasoned.

Avid gym goer and I LOVE that I joined this gym. They have everything you need and more. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Good service they are super friendly and relatable, the place could use some more sweeping but other than that great gym to workout in ton of equipment.

Five stars all the way around! From the equipment to the staff. It can seem intimidating but you are pleasantly surprised to see people of all sizes and walks of life entering this facility off of All-American! I am glad I chose to go here more than anywhere else!

Went in for my personal training on 8-15-23 and coincidentally my training payment was due that morning. App wouldn’t work because they had already suspended my account. Paid cash at desk for my bill, went to the kiosk to sign on to my training session and was told none was scheduled. This is because of my due payment which was due that day and they had already took me off the schedule. Looked at my schedule this morning and I’m added to it for a day that I have to work a 12 hour shift which won’t work because I can’t sleep, work out and be to work within a 12 hour window. My trainer knew this but since I was previously taken off the schedule he filled me in on his availability and gave my original slots to someone else. So I told them o wanted to cancel my pt membership and keep my regular enrollment to the gym at which point I was told I would have to buy my way out the contract for 800.00, that the only way out without paying is if I become disabled or I’m relocating to a place where I can’t attend a Fit4Life. I’m an unhappy customer yet trapped in a contract where I’m not being treated as a member. Do yourself a favor and join another gym because these folks don’t care about you and will mess your schedule up on the same day your payment is due. I guess I didn’t look like I could keep on line with the contract even though my money was good from day one. Oh yeah and they don’t answer the phone for you. Just some AI bot that will tell you they can’t come to the phone but they will send you a text message directly after that saying they missed your call and is there any way they can help you. This place is a joke!

Fit 4 life is conveniently located near my house and it's open 24/7. The staff is pleasant and they have other (newer) locations if you want to drive further away. I frequent the one off Fort Bragg Road.That being said, it's hard to rate them any better than 2 stars for these reasons: they cost too much ($30 monthly for 2 year military subscription). There is no month-to-month membership. Teens over 13 cost the same amount as adults. There are no discounts for kids. It costs $10 a day for guests/family members to join you.The daycare isn't open between 12-4 in the afternoons during the week and only open minimally on the weekends. It's not open Sunday at all.The parking is awkward because of the small parking lot. The floorboards are uneven throughout the gym although they were recently replaced.I'm no gym expert, but I really feel like Fit 4 Life should improve on some of these problems.

Extremely dirty. See attached photos and when you consider a membership look closely for yourself. So many hairballs and dirt and grime all over the floor. It needs more cleaning to include vacuuming up the furballs....

The facility is always clean and the entire staff is extremely helpful. I have enjoyed my few trips already.
