Fit4Life Health Clubs - Fayetteville

Glad I signed up to this gym. The place is huge! Staff are friendly, never felt intimidated even though almost everyone are fit. There’s a lot of equipments so you really don’t need to wait for someone to finish their sets before you can have your turn. Hunter who signed me up greatly explained all the membership details and I never felt pressured to choose the most pricey one. Dabyus (can’t remember the spelling of his name) did my assessment, he’s very energetic and friendly. He gave me the rundown of my fitness plans. And Eric who is my coach really gave professional instructions and patiently teach me proper forms and executions. So far I am happy with my membership.

This gym is great, always clean and plenty of different equipment to cater to whatever workout I’m going for that day.

Tried their personal training, but I decided that the price they were charging me for a half an hour was too much. I wasn't aware this was a binding contract for a year, and they won't let me cancel. Now I'm on the hook for $330 a month for an hour a week training.

Do not I repeat do not go to this gym. If you want to get out of your contract. This company says you can only get out of it if you’re 25 miles away. From a potential gym. Read the fine print on these contracts. That’s why they have so much advertising. You’re better off going to a fitness connection. The cancellation process on this company will have your paying on a gym you don’t use for years

The owners state on my other profile that they have contacted me via phone and text. They have not. Do not give your business to a company that will lie just to save face. I have proof that they have never contacted me ever since this incident, and will gladly show all call logs as well. I do not have any of the numbers blocked either. So I can easily tell that their management and customer service is poor and unprofessional.

Been a member since 2021 and mainly go to the Clayton gym. The Fayetteville location is by far the largest I've been to. For such a large space, you would think they would have a water fountain where you can refill your bottle in seconds but they don't. I've brought this to the staff's attention multiple times and they have no plans to retrofit their existing fountains from a sip style to a water bottle filler. Make sure you bring your own water because with the amount of people that go to this gym and use the same TWO fountains isn't the most hygienic.

I love this gym! Very convenient for me to be able to workout and bring my son with me! Very spacious and the staff is wonderful! Also make one of the best proteins shakes I’ve had! Literally taste like a milkshake!

Literally the best gym I've been to in Fayetteville. Every gym equipment you can think of and access to everything location is a bonus. Also THEY HAVE A SMOOTHIE BAR SO THATS EVEN BETTER. 10/10

Amazing gym, they have everything you’ll need (accessories as well, just ask the staff). Staff is amazing as well. Safe space to feel welcomed as well.
