This gym meets all of my needs. Best place I’ve found in the area. Kenzie was really nice and helpful with my gym membership. Highly recommend!

I think it's actually really nice i love the classes and the people . However for such a pact area the down payment is so high. They'd have so much more business if it was cut in half. Only one out of the 12 people who've asked so far about my membership were interested after stating the start up fee.

I love this gym! They have more than enough equipment. All the staff is friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love that they are open 24 hours, so I can get my workout in before I go to work. I plan on coming here for a very long time.

Convenient with lots of locations. So this is sad, last winter I had to deploy, I attempted to turn in my orders to pause my account while I was away. In person to a representative. They told me they couldn’t handle. I had to use the app. So I did.While I was deployed to a remote location with extremely limited connectivity. I could not follow up. Upon returning home I noticed the did charge me all six months while I was gone. I asked to speak to the manager, I provided him with my orders (why couldn’t I do this six months ago) he assured me I would just be credited and not pay for 6 months.4 moths later, still drafted dues every month. When I noticed, I asked to speak to management. The lady at the desk asked me why I want to speak speak to management. I feel that was horrible customer service. Just go get the manager.So they essentially told me there was nothing they could do. He referred me to the app, the same app that didn’t work at the start of all this. I said I no longer trust there ability to credit my account, I would just like like my 6 months reimbursed. He basically told me to kick rocks.For such a well equipped gym, it’s clearly about the bottom line $$. Very sad, nickel and dime service members. I want to venture to say, at least 80% of there client base is involved with the military.

I was excited to give a good review of this gym even when I moved away from the state due to military. I finished my personal training contract with fantastic results. Too bad the contracts at this gym SCAM you by AUTORENEWING and forcing you to pay over $600 after your contracts were supposed to end with NO HEADS UP. So If you get scammed into their contracts I highly suggest Jacob and Justine as your personal trainers. Have fun.

Great atmosphere! As a single father with custody, the kids zone is phenomenal when child care is unavailable. It has great hours. Only gym I know that calls you to give you a heads up on child care hours. They go above and beyond.

I want to start off by saying the hope mills club is amazing. This one seems older and with older equipment,” and no sauna—not a fault of the club, just comparing to my regular location in hop mills.My gripe is the free weight dumbell area. The weights are completely out of order and just randomly placed on the rack, sometimes not even in pairsI understand that this is the result of lifters who can’t be bothered to put them in the right place; but as I was walking out of the facility, I saw no less than three employees on their phones or chatting and sitting down, when they could have definitely been participating in some employment related activities, like cleaning up the weight area.

Seriously the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. I travel for work and it’s awesome to be able to go to any location depending on where I am. I also hired a trainer (CT) to help me attain my fitness goals and he’s been incredible. I’ve been a member for a few months and can already tell a difference in my body and overall health. The staff here are also super helpful and very friendly! 10/10 recommend!
