Anytime Fitness in Federal Way, Washington is "by far" the best gym that I have ever been a member to! It is extremely clean and well kept up. The ambiance and atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. The equipment is way better than I have experienced at other gyms. My fiance, who has a prosthetic leg has made more progress in the month that we've been going there than she ever has at any other gym. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness, it is well worth it!!!!

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for years and have availed myself of many AF facilities. This location is the only one where my key fob doesn't work. I have spoken to the location where I opened the account as well as the owner of this location and no one knows what the problem is. The owner of this location was dismissive and clearly didn't want to be bothered when I asked her to do her job. She had no idea how her security system works or how to fix the problem.I'm not too bothered, though, because the facility is so cramped that it only takes a couple of other people to show up and you're rubbing elbows. They don't have a lot of equipment that is pretty common in other locations. Luckily, they have wreaths, fake plants and cute framed photos. It looks more like the home section of a Ross than a gym.

The most friendliest gym I have ever been to! Non-judgmental, easy access and knowledgeable staff. I wish I would have started here.

Don't go here if you're like 6' or taller, maybe even a little shorter. For some reason I can't understand they bolt a lot of the equipment so that it can't accommodate taller folks. Probably gonna switch to something like LA Fitness soon. Heard there's services make it so you can use them for like 30 a month

The owner and her husband are very rude and unprofessional. First off, they don’t allow for guests, day passes , liabilities forms, etc., but it gets worse. I walked on the treadmill for 2 mins (didn’t even break a sweat yet) and I stepped off the machine to grab my jacket. Not even 10 seconds later, I was approached by them and told to wipe down my machine in an aggressive tone. I would have already wiped it down, they didn’t even give me the chance to. To make matters worse, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THEY WERE ENFORCING THIS ON. I noticed other people walk from machine to machine without wiping, but for some reason their focus was on me, an African American male. If possible, I’d advise to workout somewhere else. I’d give a 0 star if I could.

Rude and unprofessional ownership. Came in to use the shower and she was upset that we only showered and did not work out. Stated it was "inappropriate" that my partner and I used the same shower room.

I've been impressed since I have joined. The equipment is well maintained, the facilities are clean and the staff is excellent. I just referred someone last week who was disillusioned with an overcrowded competitor.

This is a great gym, it's clean and has new well maintained precor equipment. Disinfectant wipes, sprays and towels are abundant and restocked often. The bathrooms are clean and have solo showers which is very nice when you don't want an eye full of other folks junk. There is a nice studio for those that like to work out in a more private setting, yoga was put on at a time prior to covid which was put on 3 days a week.Reading some of the 1 star reviews are laughable expecting there to be masks worn in 2022? Nobody is stopping anybody from wearing masks in this gym. It's clean and a safe place to workout.The other 1 star I saw wanted in a gym for free because you have a membership to another gym as if that means you have free access to all gyms. Brilliant little snowflakes.

Great gym. Small but has everything needed. Usually not too busy and owner doesn't make us wear mask which is the reason I joined. Thanks
