Oh man… I had to delete my five star review and leave one star in the hopes that management takes notice. They are reconfiguring the black card lounge so that you need to do this really tedious self check in at the front that is glitchy all the time. You also can no longer call in for additional time on a bed or a chair, but rather have to get up and do the whole process over again. Really bad experience and I'm considering dropping my membership down to the $10 level.This gym is generally super clean and the staff are mostly very nice, but the above situation is a dealbreaker and a really poor customer experience.

Recently I forgot my headphones. I call to staff member and asked them to put on the side. He found my headphones and did that for me. But when I got back they were pretending there is no headphones and couldn’t find it. The staff are robbers over there be careful.

The staff here is awesome. Very accommodating and caring. They went out of their way to be as informative and helpful as possible with sign up. I appreciate you all, and thank you for lifting my spirits on a very rough day. You never know how far kindness and consideration will go, and today it spoke volumes about the character of this staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

They say open 24hrs. Made a trip here and waddaya know.... They're closed. Do better

Don’t respect schedule…they close whenever they want, staff with attitude. Will never recommend for fitness place.

I travel full time and this is the first planet fitness I am ever walking away from. The people going in look so greasy I don't even want to go get all over those machines. See ya, I'll try to PF down the road a bit..m

Why does the website say “open 24 hours,” but I went inside and staff informed me they close at 11:00 PM. There were few other disgruntled members too. This is very unprofessional especially coming from a well known corporation. I regret being a member here.

It would be awesome if we could keep the paper towels filled at every station. Also, idk what's going on with the stair climbers but they keep going out of whack. The Puyallup location never had an issue like this. What's up Feddie Way??

Do not get a member ship atPlanet Fitness and if you do have membership here… CANCEL and find another gym ASAP⚠️ I’ve been a member since 2018 and decided to cancel my member ship because they have recently drastically cut the hours without any notice or heads up but are still charging the same price for the member ship. They’re starting to close up the gym so early that I dont have time to do my full workout anymore when I get off work. The past couple weeks everyone has been irritated and disgruntled about the change of the opening and closing hours and now the vibe in the gym has gone down hill. The gym is essential and very important part of my life so the sneaky drastic changes that Planet Fitness had made, to the staff members low morale due everyone being disgruntled now , to the broken machines, to the out of service tanning beds, broken massage chairs, no paper towels ect… is not ideal for me or anybody that workout in the evenings after work or in the mornings before work. I’m sure I speak for everyone in the Federal Way community.
