Love this local gym. I’ve gone thru an injury and they are so supportive of me and all my modifications as I work through it. Helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

I just moved back to the area and instantly this gym was my top choice to get back into Crossfit. Even though they are under new ownership from my previous time, many of the members and coaches are the same as before. The space is amazing, and I am super appreciative that their classes start at the :30 mark rather than on the hour. The programming is really great for both beginners and advanced athletes, and the coaches are very knowledgeable. Whether you are new to Crossfit or a seasoned athlete, this is a great place to come! The price point is very reasonable for the area.

CrossFit Federal Way - there are a lot of space, trainers always help and tell you the correct technique for the exercise, excellent training structure. For me personally, the best location, 5 minutes from home.

I was wary to try Crossfit, as I've heard stories about pushing members too far, a lack in training, not to mention the higher price point. I was wrong about all 3 of those for Crossfit Federal Way.The owner, Eliott, was the one who greeted me and my friend at the door as we walked in. He gave us our first session free and encouraged us to take a course offered here where they taught us one on one all of the major movements used in Crossfit.The VALUE here is immense. I am getting a personal trainer pretty much every time I go in, watching my form, encouraging me, and giving me pointers.During COVID, Eliott also rented out most of the gym's equipment to members, while also uploading videos on a daily basis to help us with working out while in "lockdown."Check these guys out! Just walk in the front door and try out a session. Make the decision for yourself as to whether or not it's worth it for you!

Had my first work out today, it was challenging but we had a great coach guiding us ! Everybody was super friendly ! could not be happier. This gym is big, clean and has quality equipment. Plenty of parking and great hours of operation. Come in and check it out !

This place is so much more than a gym or a box. It becomes friends and family. I can’t say enough great things about CFFW to even give an idea of what a good place it is!!! I have come so far in my movements and strength. Coaches have taught me so many wonderful, amazing and helpful things!! This place is a five star plus!!!! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!!!
