We had the regular plan over the past few years and decided to try the black card membership this year and we were missing out, they hydro massage after a workout is great!

Nice clean facility, good place to work out... been a member since they opened their doors for business... Love it... I wish they carried heavier weights too

For $10/month you really can't beat it. I wish they had a pool to swim laps and normal bench/squat racks instead of the smith machine but other than that I have no real complaints

I’m a “newbie” to gym life but I enjoy this gym. I never feel awkward or judged. Everyone is welcoming. Great experience so far!

This is the only location that does not feel dark and depressing. I like to have windows and see outside. It is a big facility. Great gym to work out in. Great staff willing to help. Locker room, showers, and restrooms..The best trainer ever! Also includes a sitting room with hydro massage room , massage chairs, muscle relaxer booth, and tanning rooms.

24 /hours 7 SEVEN Days a week??? Black card members are not honored on weekends ... Very misleading marketing ploys. I travel the country.. seems like Indiana is not offering full time access to their clubs! Not sure why i pay for 7day.. 24 access ! Seems very poor and misleading to those paying for a false statement. .it is so misleading and very poor standards of practice to sell higher fees then not provide 7 day 24 hr. access. What gives PF??

I left for military obligations February last year and contacted them about canceling my membership. (I was already gone). I couldn’t go in nor did I have access to mail anything to them. I am still trying to get my money back and was give very poor customer service. No work to resolve this issue. Basically told me I’m screwed even though this matter is covered by the SCRA. I did talk to the manager there and the regional manager. Very unprofessional.

Could you please repair the sinks in the Men’s room? Two out of 3 do not have running water for the last several weeks. There seems to be continual plumping issues!I changed to Westfield from Carmel due to the same issues.It’s seems to tell me the franchise owner is not involved with the day to day activities of the clubs.

well it's only day 1 of my experience with planet fitness - but I will say this: Signing up was seamless! The representative (a young man by the name of Nolan) was very friendly and quick to help!

Experience is rewarding. I can get 2 miles on a treadmill, indoors in a positive environment without feeling like an old man (which I am at 74).Clean, well ventilated and friendly. I am continuing a daily visit
