Love the gym but the inconsistency of hours is very frustrating. I understand getting help is tough right now but when I need help in my business , I step up and have to work extra.

It’s a good place but also closes the earliest out of all Hamilton county gyms. Need to make it 24hrs or later hours than 9.

I enjoyed opportunity to workout and appreciate the service. However we are over a year into the pandemic and passed 500,000 deaths and PF is not enforcing mask usage?

When can we have HOT SHOWERS at this facility - it’s been a MONTH/HALF NOO HOT WATER. Please do something about it, we are taking cold showers. I will be calling the corporate office and make a complaint.

Great place (and price) for a varied workout. Equipment is usually available and all socially distanced. Staff is friendly and I have no complaints.

Their staff is very helpful and friendly! The whole facility is kept clean and it’s a great gym to be with if you’re looking for affordability and a great place to workout!!!

Just love Planet Fitness! The Staff is Awesome! They greet U when U come in. And everything is Awesome! Everything is Clearly Mark & Clean.Cannot say How Great to be back in my Club!

Great people. Equipment is always clean. The only downfall is the hours that they're opened. I'm not sure if it changed after COVID because I never went in before COVID but either way... the hours are a huge downfall.
