Clean, spacious, free classes, can't beat the prices! BUT I hate the stortened weekend hours at the Westfield location. Also during inclement weather that warrants a closure they DO NOT make any effort to notify members via facebook, phone call, text alert, email or app. They put a sign on the door.Overall happy with it but I have been frustrated a time or two due to short weekend hours and the closure I was not notified about.

I just joined a couple of weeks ago. So far it's been a great experience - lots of equipment, clean gym & locker room. On my way out, one of the staff addressed me by name. Nice touch!

Great facility and very friendly staff. It's never too busy and has all the equipment necessary for the average person to get/stay in shape. Tons of cardio equipment. Big shout out to Cortney who is always attentive and ensures the facility stays in top condition!

This place was nice. They have new equipment, which I really enjoyed personally. The prices they offer are extremely fair, and they have decent benefits to paying the monthly price. I've never ran into any issues or anything uncomfortable here, I always enjoy my work out and experience overall.

The facility, itself, is very nice. They've done a really nice job with all of the equipment, the layout, the spa area that includes tanning beds and the hydromassage beds, and the lockers rooms. However, very disappointed with the women's showers. The tile work is great. I love that there's a shelf to store your soaps and hair products, but there are some major things that need improvement: The shower head is pretty much just like a rough-in, meaning it's more like a spicket. The water pressure is so pathetic. The water doesn't even get that hot, it's maybe lukewarm at best. Also, the shower curtains for non handicapped accessible stalls are a joke. They've taken one whole shower curtain and cut it in half to use for two stalls. My guess is, they didn't receive enough and tried to make do with what they were given to open on time.Again, I think they've done an excellent job on the facility in general but as someone who likes to shower after working out, I expected more than what was done for the women's shower stalls. Everything else is great. The showers are just where I think they dropped the ball on and need to improve immensely. They need to have full-width shower curtains in all three stalls, nice water pressure, and better water temperature range.

So far, so good. I like that everything promotes a "jugement-free" experience while I'm there working out. I did sign up for the Black Card membership and have enjoyed the benefits of the massage chairs and tables. It's hard to not feel like all eyes are on you when working out and you're not in shape, but here I just do my workout as everyone else seems to as well. I do wish they were open 24 hours on the weekends too.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Variety of equipment. I have the upgraded membership to access tanning, hydro massage, total body enhancement and massage chairs. Even if you don’t work out here, the $20 a month is well worth the cost for the tanning and massage equipment. Only downfall are the hours-I wish the hours were better over the weekends.

I love going to planet fitness because they always have clean facilities and there are plenty of machines for everyone. They offer more customer service than any other gym I have ever been too. It’s just a very nice environment to go and work out. Plus the tanning and massage chairs are a nice bonus. I really love this new location because it it right up the road for us, meaning we can get to the gym more often.

The gym for me has always made me feel self-conscious. Always making me feel like I'm being judged for working on myself or because I'm not lifting as much as everyone else. The other day, however, I visited Planet Fitness for the first time and felt immediate comfort without feeling any shame for being there. I was greeted right away, was helped to set goals for myself, and a plan to accomplish them all. The way it's set up doesn't make me feel overwhelmed. It's organize, spacious, and very clean. There is plenty of bathroom and locker space. What I like about Planet Fitness the most are the words of encouragement on the wall. For the first time I can honestly say, even though I'm sore, I can't wait to go back.
