Update as of 01/01/2021: This is the club I signed up for, but it is the absolute worst PF Club I’ve ever been to. I try not to go to this club unless absolutely necessary. The staff are robots. They have no independent ability to address member concerns.More than anything, I blame “leadership.” Managers who are likely robots to more senior people.Today, I forgot my all important mask (oh the humanity!!) I asked if the club, which I help pay the bills for, had an all important mask for me to wear. The robot staff member said, “no, we don’t have any.” I pressed the robot staff member with more questions and again, I was told there were no masks available.After raising my voice, the robot staff member finally admitted that there are, in fact, all important life-saving masks available. The robot staff member was not allowed to give me one of the life-saving masks. Wow!In conclusion, the robot staff member lied to me and then denied me, a paying member, my request for a life-saving mask.This is a horrible club. A real terrible environment. From failed/faulty equipment to horrific member services, do yourself a favor and find another gym or drive a bit further to Carmel or Fishers.

Has been my gym since the start of this New Year. It's been great!I often found the chads and big men go into the gym in the afternoon. If you're a larger person or new, going in the morning is much less intimidating. Once you get your flow and feel like you can rep with the big boys its easier to work out in the afternoon.Also music in the PM is lame, not sure why the AM is way more exciting and actually surrounds the entire building. But the PM music is often too quiet to be heard, and is on a eh playlist.

Friendly. Clean. Convenient.Update. 3/8/21 I forgot my mask today. As I was leaving, the personal trainer ran outside and gave me a mask to use, so I didn’t miss out on my workout.This is the kind of service that makes a difference in the world. He took a personal investment in my day. Kind gestures like that are appreciated and remembered.

It has a good price but is usually over crowded and they will not open the rest of the machines. You have to mask up to go the 10' from the door to the other side of the front desk. On a non political side, the showers didn't work half the time, the hot water almost never worked, and despite their claims to be following local guidelines they were constantly out of cleaning supplies at their sanitization stations. I have since switched to Anytime Fitness and it is AMAZING!In reply to the response from planet fitness, you aren't complying with local ordinances. The mask mandate has been lifted in Indiana and changed to optional. I don't oppose people wearing masks but I also choose not to support businesses that don't give you the option. That's my choice and my right. As for the distancing on equipment it goes to my above statement about masks. I don't know the exact regulations on distancing in Indiana but I choose to support a gym that lets it's members make the decision.

I’ve never had a problem bringing in guests before. I brought my sister in as a guest today and she had come in with me many times before this. But today we were told she wasn’t in the system even though she filled out a bunch of paperwork before. So we were told we had to add her on the app. Well I had no idea how to navigate the app because I have never downloaded it. We asked the manager , But she had no idea how to navigate or add a guest and was absolutely no help but rude and stand off.

Great staff, great location, and an overall great experience. I’ve never had a “real” gym membership before, I’ve only used gyms in either my apartment or school, so it was a big step up. I typically go later at night to avoid the crowds, but haven’t had an issue feeling like it is crowded or getting access to the equipment I want to use. Definitely worth the money.

This is the cleanest planet fitness I have been to! I love it!! Super friendly workers who always say "welcome" and "have a great day!"

Staff is very friendly! Always greeted with a "Hello!" And "Have a good workout!" Facility is always clean, multiple times I've seen staff cleaning and making sure sanitation zones are stocked. Signage is also properly placed to ensure good social distancing. Although I dont personally use personal training, when I was asked the program seemed very helpful and would suit any individual. Overall a good gym and one I'm glad I can continue to return to!

They have a wide variety of equipment, and it is always clean. And the staff is very friendly.

Great atmosphere, lots of equipment and not super expensive. Feels like a safe place to workout!
