Just ran into this location to use the spa facilities today. The hydromassage table and the massage chair... It's been a while since I have gone into a PF, and I have to say that I LOVE the upgraded massage chairs!!! The unit does a BEAUTIFUL job of massaging the whole spine and now even the glute area as well. Also, I love that I got 10 minutes on each machine, which is fantastic, such all locations don't offer that much time. The location was clean and the noise level was very good with very friendly staff.

Here visiting from Florida I must say I am extremely impressed with how clean this facility is! The staff is pleasant to talk to, seems gym etiquette is taken very serious here and workers actually care about their facility! Kudos to the staff I have come across..

I have been going back to working out & can say that Zach was my trainer for the day. I wanted to work on my upper body strength & he gave me some very good productive exercise that will help me achieve my goals. Thanks Zach (Genesee valley)

Members at this location are aggressive, both physically and verbally! Management (Whitney) and staff let aggressive members continue to be aggressive and let them keep working out. They let their members not only touch you without permission but also verbally assault you while you're working out. Go here at your own risk!

The trainer working today 04/20/2023 around 5:30pm was extremely rude today to multiple people in the gym today. Killed the energy in the gym today I watched a client walk off on him and he walked off on me when I tried too turn in a lost phone. People at the front counter were very polite tho!

The first staff member was pretty nice explaining the sign up process and what not and answer any questions I had. Sometimes you may feel ignored by the staff at the counter for a little bit but the gym was clean and besides some of the actual gym members acting a fool on machines, it's a decent place to goto after physical rehab finished.
