Please do as you advertise and monitor the 30 minute circuit. I was the only one using it as a circuit yesterday at one of your least busy times and 11 different people jumped in to use a machine or 2. I have spoken to people at the desk about this more than once and all I get are shrugs.

Whitney the Assistant manager was very helpful and able to assist me with my account.She was very professional and able to meet my request on a personal level seeing me as a person and not just a means of income.

Staff need to do a better job of making sure users are cleaning equipment after use. Seems like common sense for people to do after using things but selfishness exists.

Check in is made easy as soon as you walk in with a mobile barcode that you scan instead of a key tag. Due to Covid-19, every other equipment machine has a "Not in use" sign attached. Equipment is to be kept clean in between uses by card holders and PF's workers also are actively cleaning. The tanning beds are level 2 stand ups and only run up to 9 minutes but are very effective. Staff is helpful at all times

Don't go here they say cancel anytime but then they lie and say your canceled when your not. Make sure you get proof of cancelation ( I just trusted the nice friendly person telling me everything is taken care of and your all set). They will not reimburse any charges you get while membership not in use because you believe it to be canceled.The manager Keith will just insinuate your a liar.
