Really enjoy going to this planet fitness. The facility is always super clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly ! More then certainly worth $20 a month to come and work out at my convenience. Just wish that guests could use the premium member services aswell ..especially if the guest is the main users significant other. It's not that big of a problem to knock off any stars . Just a tad annoying. Perhaps they can implement it better into the rules sometimes soon. But I am however very pleased with the location !

Every time i come in i receive the warmest greeting from whomever is working. I see the staff circulate and engage each person they come in contact with. These people truly love coming to work and it shows. They also keep it very tidy and clean. Happy this is my home gym. Special shout out to Nathan and Keith for always being so motivating.

The place is clean and employees are nice and available. I just want to see a good fitness program. I had a trainer but he didn't seem eager to help me get in shape so I only had him once.

Love it, Brook Lewis was so awesome her and my wife are now Facebool friends. All of the late night crew has been super friendly and supportive during our weight loss journey. Great people and great equipment make this my favorite spot to work out!

The one who said hello to me was honestly the only exception to a having a terrible visit . As a business who strives for customer excellence I cannot acknowledge this location as just that . I pick to come here bc of convenience. During my 30 minute workout just now I was cut off by people just walking by deciding to use a machine .For a business person whose opinion matters daily because it's MY JOB ..put the people you're paying out there to make sure it doesn't happen .... my workout was interrupted over and over again during my adrenaline pumping ... instead of all of them standing at the counter talking about personal things they did the night before. If not continue to have a concession stand at your gym . Thanks .

The price is very affordable and reasonable for everything included. I feel like I get to be pampered after a long, hard workout with the tanning, total body enhancement, water massage and massage chair. I have the black card and all of the jazz is included with my membership.The staff is awesome,very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. The other members I have talked to have also been very friendly and helpful. I don't feel judged,their phrase about being "A judgment free zone." isn't a gimmick to bring you in, it really is a very comfortable, judgment free and noncompetitive gym. This is very important to me since I have limited use of my left hand and shoulder following double strokes. They go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can possibly be. The only thing I would like to see changed is the addition of a pool, sauna, and a steam room. If you are looking for a new , fun and healthy hobby, look no further. By the way, I am only a member and am not associated with PF other than being a member. Generally clean facility and nice staff. However if you're on the 30 minute circuit, be prepared for people to constantly interrupt your workout. There is NO monitoring from the staff despite the fact that they're supposed to do so in order to prevent this. Some staff would rather have a friendly conversation with people who are hogging the machines inside the circuit instead of explaining to them that they need to move on so everyone has a smooth workout. It happens every time I'm there and I'm getting extremely fed up with this.

Very polite and very helpful staff...lot's of patience..open 24 hrs which is awesome because i get out of work at 5am at the gym at 5:15am. I love that i can keep going in the massage beds over and over as long as no one else is waiting then i have a lil wait no biggie...very clean love the new and improved tanning lights for the tanning hexs u can get a great tan for cheaper than a membership at a tanning salon...

Coming from the Saginaw location for the past two years, I am finding the Flint Twp location to be very clean, if a bit smaller than I am used to. With that being said, it is very clean, the equipment is all new and the staff is very friendly. Plus, it is conveniently located in the mall.

Planet Fitness fits all of my needs for a cardio and weightlifting facility. They are quite affordable and more spacious compared to other fitness companies like Anytime and Snap. The staff are reasonably nice and are willing to answer all of your questions. They have lots of good equipment, including treadmills, cross-trainers, stairmasters, and arc trainers, so it's difficult to get bored here quickly. I think the staff tries hard to stay on top with their cleaning, but they do sometimes fall behind, especially when it comes to maintaining the locker/shower rooms. Planet Fitness' philosophy is a little bit ridiculous, though, and that loud "lunk alarm" (which goes off when someone grunts loud or drops weights) can be irritating and obnoxious.
