I’ve been a member for 20 years. Have been coming to the Folsom location since before they were even in the WalMart shopping center. The past 3 years have been a joke. Don’t skip over the complaints about cleanliness. It’s absolutely filthy in here. People misuse communal equipment all the time, which is why regular upkeep is so important. The toilets aren’t cleaned regularly, the leak in the roof hasn’t been fixed, there is mold all around the sinks, I won’t even try to set foot in the showers. Dust bunnies, as everyone has mentioned, are obviously being kept as pets. It’s so disgusting, truly. Seems like this location is trying to save costs. It’s absolutely unbearably hot in here. It’s a 100°+ weekend and it’s probably 78° out on the floor. The AC used to run consistently and it was comfortable to work out in years passed. Now, it’s barely on. I am actively seeking a new membership elsewhere. There has got to be better out there.

Gym is a great environment, but the lack of cleanliness of the men’s locker room is a massive disappointment. The up keep is ridiculously low. The sauna smells terrible, has water build up on the floor. Floors don’t look like they have been truly cleaned in along time. I love it here but management needs to step up to fix these things that are clear as day to handle.

It's a great place to workout but the staff could do a better job cleaning. Dust bunnies around the legs of almost all equipment and locker room floors always have grime on the floor.

Enough equipment so you don’t have to wait. They have a variety of equipment. Clean and well maintained gym.
