The place is rarely cleaned. Dust bunnies everywhere. Don't need three staff members at the front desk sitting around scrolling their tiktok or chatting. Maybe have one or two of them vacuum the place? Equipment is poorly maintained. Not enough free weight leg stations.

I returned to this club after three years away. Got a good deal for a year-long membership. I'm sorely disappointed in the physical upkeep since I've left. The lockers are dirty, showers are dingy, and the tiles around the pool are moldy. The lockers are falling apart. No kids club, no towel service. Sad sad sad.
