24 Hour Fitness

I'm planning on going somewhere else because the fact that i have to pay each month for a membership from my bank account i think I'll go somewhere else because its not worth it anymore you can't get through with the staff plus if you even try and use the equipment it's either not working or people be breaking the equipment there this is why I don't like going to that gym at all I have to be near a lot of people that i don't even know what happened to the safety regulations this gym is ridiculous they charge u six dollars for two bottles of Gatorade I'd rather go somewhere else that isn't a waste of money and time the worst thing i hate about it is that i have to be the pool with people I'm not used to and getting in the soa as well I don't know what's going on anymore the last time I webt to the gym was last month they told me the spa stopped working because of the plumbing problem they had they need to do better than this abd get the water off the floors this is how people who are older can get injured and slip and fall I wouldn't bring my great grandmother to this gym she might hurt herself as well this gym needs to do better than this

Saunas and steam rooms are closed from 11PM to 4 AM nightly, and nothing’s posted anywhere. I reached out to the management team of this location, but I only got a vague and generic response from the Sales and Service Manager that didn’t even address my concern. My concern: This facility is open 24 hours a day, so why aren’t these amenities available 24 hours a day?

Have worked out consistently at this 24 for 1.5Y now, and have been a member of 24s since 2008. Gold on is great and we enjoy the vast amount space it offers for whatever workout we need to do. We lift weights with DBs, BBs, EZ-Bars and using various machines, and rarely find ourselves waiting for equipment to open up. The gym in Folsom is well kept for its size & age and overall one of the best we’ve seen from 24H fit

I love that they have a steam room. Only draw back and reason I'm giving 4 stars is that they have no child care. Hopefully they'll open that part back up. Other than that I love the comfortable feel that the gym has!

This 24 Hour Fitness gym is the best! Everything is clean and well organized. I enjoy going to this gym a lot. The gym is large and offers great equipment. The staff is great, they are extremely helpful and nice.

I went on a tour of the Gym and found the shower area to be dirty and was smelly. The overall fitness center looked not well maintained. The personal trainer whom I consulted with was good. That is the reason for 2 stars.I agree with other reviewers that the Gym is dirty

Dirty facilities and no existent customer service. I signed up months ago and there were was spray on mirrors that no one bother to wipe off. It's still there. Sometimes toilet paper is left on the floor instead of put in dispensers. I no longer go in the locker rooms. Showers are filthy. Bathroom floors where the leave toilet paper are filthy. Floors on the around equipment are filthy. Spray bottles aren't consistently filled. Gross

Great Gym highly recommend.
