As a lazy person, I very much like the 30 minute sessions. I do lots of different cardio and strength training and it's over before I can mentally get bored (and I get bored quickly). It finishes quickly, and I'm back home before I know it. Sometimes, my family doesn't know 'm gone! This made it easy to exercise consistently(3 days a week for me).

I have been going to classes for 3 months now. I like that the classes are only 30min & it is a whole body work out. More efficient than i would ever do on my own. Professional, knowledgeable trainers who can modify exercises as appropriate when it is too challenging or not challenging enough.

I have been going to Hoops Bootcamp for about 6 months, and would highly recommend it. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and design each workout to be challenging and fun. I've tried a few different gyms (self paced workouts) and home exercise, but have never been able to stick to a routine until now. I can definitely tell my strength and endurance have increased since starting bootcamp, and feel overall healthier. The workouts are a great way to start my day.

Jason is the best. Love the 30mins workout!! It’s very neat, Jason is very motivating and keeps momentum of the class. Bcoz of COVID I don’t go anymore but can’t wait to go once all vaccinated.
