Great gym. Pool, steam room, sauna, tanning, massage chairs, hydro massage. There are 2 of every machine. There are plenty of benches for dumbells. 4 or 6 squat racks(can't remember) easy to find one open. Several cable machines for peck deck or rear delts. Love it here.

Out of 30 day 20 days steam room broken and on top off staff give attitude if we ask for ,Appreciate other services but if staff behavior is not good all come to zero Special jonston and sreena

Very bad service by Jonathan and sareena. Both of them have been very racist to me. I had the membership and their scanner wasn’t working properly and they stopped from entering the gym. I showed them my bank transaction for the membership but they weren’t listening. Very poor customer service.

I love going to Chuze. They have a lot of equipment and the staff is extra helpful. Only thing that could be improved is newer equipment that doesn't break down as often.

Amazing gym. Everyone is so friendly and the gym is state of the art equipment and features and very clean. Classes are also great. Survived their hell week last week, lol. I don’t feel self conscious here and have been exercising regularly the past few months. And I hate exercise, lol. But loving the results.

I expected more. Some of the cardio equipment is often times turned off for days until someone goes up to a team member and asks for it to be reset. The last member I asked told me she didn't know how to do it, and she would have to wait until her supervisor was in, so I had to wait around for a treadmill. I go to the one in Fontana off Cherry.
